-Michiko’s POV-

It’s been 2 months since the incident, and lots of things have happened. The most important one being that Eli and Aesop are engaged (IKR). Or, maybe the most important thing was that, well, remember the random little postman in chapter 10? Well, he saved Aesop. Earlier, before Eli had died, he whispered to the postman to deliver a very important and special package; the one with the evidence of abuse. So Aesop’s parents lost him, and since he’s getting married to Eli soon, I guess I can consider myself his mother now (:D).

Along with that, Lucky Guy is nowhere to be found, and Emily hasn’t detected him. Yidhra still has amnesia and is actually pretty good friends with Robbie. Plus, Violetta finally came back from the vacation that Yidhra sent her on. “I can’t believe it!” she fumed after I told her what happened. “V-vio, calm down!” I exclaimed, grabbing her before one of her spider attachments knocked over a chair. “What’s going on?” A sleepy Desaulniers asked, walking down the stairs. “Oh, hello Violetta,” he said, walking past her into the kitchen.

“By the way, have you heard the news?” Joseph asked, brewing coffee. “What news?” Violetta questioned. Joseph turned towards her. “Y’know, the weddin-?” “WEDDING?!?!” Violetta screeched, interrupting Joseph. “...Yeah…?” Joseph said, confused as to why she was yelling. “WHO’S GETTING MARRIED?!” Violetta demanded, shaking Joseph’s poor shoulders until he went dizzy. “Vio-” I shadow dashed over and pulled her away from Joseph.

“You didn’t have to shake me like a soda,” Joseph grumbled, slowly recovering. “Well anyway, to answer your question, it’s Eli and Ae-” “YUASSSSSS!!” Violetta yelled, standing on the table and doing a victory dance. “I KNEW THIS DAY WOULD COME!!” Joseph took his coffee and speed-walked out of the room, muttering something about being done with life. I just shrugged and joined Violetta in her dance party.

The wedding was beautiful, with everything that we all expected. Instead of releasing doves, they released owls, and the bouquet was filled with yellow roses. Everybody went crazy dancing when Diagnosis played (I never knew Eli was such a great singer ;-;). Along with that, it turned out the little postman’s name was Victor Grantz, and he was living in the orphanage. When Eli found that out, well, let’s just say that I’m a grandma now (AND NO I’M NOT THAT OLD).

Victor was such an amazing little boy, full of joy and reminding me of little Eli so much. He also had that same quietness as Aesop whenever he got shy. Having him around was totally amazing, but after having him here for about a year, he started getting kinda lonely. But that’s a story that Eli and Aesop should be telling, as this one is over.

Ahem, *reads notecards* The author would like me to say thank you for reading this story, and that this is only the first book in a small series that she is going to call the Identity Family series. Plus, there’s going to be a must-read spin-off after this epilogue, so don't leave yet ;) (also a small shoutout to her sister for (being forced to read this story-) listening to the original version of this story, which was very different and didn’t even include the Lucky Guy showdown or Exorcist -w-) Once again, thank you for reading, I’ll see you all soon in the spin-off :D
