Raccoonpaw rushed towards Shadowstep, the deputy, with great news. "Shadowstep! Shadowstep! Did you hear? Duckkit, Sparrowkit, and Frecklekit are gonna be apprentices!!"

Shadowstep smiled at him. "I'm sure you'll have lots of fun together."

Raccoonpaw quickly added something else, being "And I thiiiiiink you may mentor one of them!"

Sparrowkit was dancing around nearby the nursery, and squealing. "WOWEEEEWEWOEWE!!!! I'm going to be an apprentice so are my sistErs yayyyY!Y!YY!!!! haha y e s"

Ravenwing approached the tabby kit and smiled. "It is time." She led the kit, along with Frecklekit and Duckkit, to where they'd sit during their apprenticing, and so they sat.

Nightstar, who was sitting on the Clan rock, smiled at the kits. "We are going to have three new apprentices today."
