Bilal had made her kill all those who opposed him, innocent peoples blood spread across the ground. People burned, and even tortured... she was terrified of this man.
He walked ahead of her without sparing a glance, ignoring the screams which he caused, so cold and uncaring, "Come on Tsuru, don't fall back."
Following behind him, her head held low staring at the floor. Wishing to have been more careful with the rules she choose, regretting being unable to go back on her word.
"Head up Tsuru, don't look so down. Do you have any idea what kind of weapon you are?"
"Yes..." her voice as a whisper
"Stand tall." He told her.
She stood straight and looked down at him.
"You had mentioned there being more genies... do they all hold the same abilities?" Bilal asked.
"No, they do not. Everyone chooses their rules and the amount of wishes they shall grant." Her quick information made his eyes shine.
Whatever was going through his head did not seem good, "Well, I wish for a genie with the capabilities to grant immortality."
Her heart fell at those words, her fingers snapping and a lamp appearing. Falling into his hands she dreaded what it would be like if she were trapped with him an eternity. Living forever with him would surely be like a prison, but wasn't she already in one?
Pressing his hand against the lamp and rubbing it, dark green smoke released into the air. Revealing a genie looming over both of them, the mans green hair falling onto his back, "I am the genie Keme. I shall grant you 2 wishes, but Only if you follow my rules, once I grant you one wish you have to leave my lamp in solitude for 1 day and in case you're feeling smart, no wishing for more wishes."
Authority in his voice looking solely at Bilal. His eyes landed on Tsuru, looking at her curiously, "You're name?"
"Bila-"
He didn't get to finish when Keme cut him off, "Not you. I meant the genie."
Tsuru eyes him oddly but answered, "Tsuru, a pleasure to meet you, Keme."
As Bilal growled, Keme smiled, "You're that girl talking to the kid right?"
She nodded slightly, "Yeah."
Bilal spoke up, "Good now you know each other, now as your master I-"
"I'm talking keep quiet." Keme brushed him off taking Tsuru's hand in his, "Care to tell me how it is you've become, trapped as me?"
Tsuru moved away awkwardly pointing at Bilal, "Maybe later."
"Fair enough, now, what is it that you want old man?" Keme looked down at Bilal leaning against the cold walls, "Make it quick."
Growling at his disrespectful temperament but clearing his mind. Ready to ask what he so desired, believing this would be his greatest advantage in life, "Make me an immortal." Bilal demanded to smirk at the two genies.
"Immortal. Doesn't that seem a bit too long? And boring." Keme jokes chuckling to himself, turning his back on Bilal as if their conversation were finished and off to continue speaking with Tsuru, who had clearly caught his eye.
Feeling a headache arising from the frustration Keme caused Bilal screamed, "I demand you listen, I wish you listen now!"
Keme placed a hand on his chest, bowing and turned to face Bilal, "Your wish has been granted. I'm listening."
"What? I didn't mean that." The man stepped back before realizing the genie had set all this up, "You-"
"Too late, I have a rule and you must follow it. Now let me be, for the rest of this day. Then you can have the wish you so desire. Fools wish really but it's your life after all." Keme snickered at the man his eyes glowing just like his green smoke. Ainister and cruel had been his plan, but it worked and he was on the move.
Bilal threw the lamp aside out of anger, the metal clanking against the floor a few times before the sound died out. He marched away dragging Tsuru's by the arm with him. She had looked back at Keme seeing him wave goodbye to her, looking into his eyes but no Bad intention just a simple goodbye.
When they were out of view Keme grabbed his lamp laughing and disappearing into the green smoke he had appeared in, "Stupid old man"
Like a heavy fog lifted out of her eyes
Tsuru looked up at Keme that had finished stitching her up. Her gaze calm and serene, "For starters, I want you to bring Evira back. It'll get Allon off my back and give me great piece of mind. One day in her life, is enough torture. Before though, do you have any idea what body I might move to or something?"
He sat beside her taking her hand in his as he had done all those years ago, "I can bring back your original body, or maybe someone else's if you'd prefer that. Whichever you please really, then we deal with bringing her back."
"How?" The answer to her question would define all the rest, how would they manage this, what methods to use and how many tricks up his sleeve would he really have. Or was it all a bluff when saying he would do anything.
"I still possess the abilities of a genie." He smirked sinisterly almost, "And I can make as many wishes as I want. So anything is really easy."
Surprise captured Tsuru's whole complexion, "What? That's not possible, we become simple humans... or did I miss something."
"We do, it's just that... I'll explain another time, let's get this done with. If that is what you want." He seemed lost in thought as he said this, recalling things he no longer cared off. For now, he only cared to make things right, to be even after all he had done to her.
Hesitantly she opened her mouth only to close it back up, her thoughts running rampant. Unsure what to do, however, the guilt is enough to make anyone pic, "Let's do it."
Keme gave a warm smile placing a hand on her shoulder and the other on his chest, "I wish for your desires to be made."
Contorted with confusion her eyes lingered before the fog of green took over, eyes clouded feeling lost. Her mind blank and body unable to move or feel anything at all. A feeling so common, you could say it felt like home. The smoke being lifted from her eyes, no longer there and the feelings able to move coming back. The cold in the atmosphere, the way the clothes brushed on her skin, everything came back.
Eyes open and adjusting to the light her long-forgotten brown eyes glistening when fluttering open, all dizzy like the floor would crumble beneath her any second, "Did it work?"
Keme had walked over to her, seeing as Evira laid in the complete opposite side of the seat, "Yes, are you alright?"
Grabbing her by the shoulders he inspects her every feature, lost in a daze as he did. Staying caught up in her reddish-brown hair when she pulled it back.
"Just fine." Pushing him off she trailed to Eviras passed out body, "What about her?"
"She's alive." Keme answered briefly, as Allon went rushing to her side.
"How humorous of you-" getting cut off on her statement Watching Allon's face of worry.
She slowly walked out the room with Keme on her like a tail leaving Allon off in the room with Evira..
Feeling that she was far enough from Allon to not be heard she stopped in her tracks and looked up at Keme, "You have my trust... Now, can you take me to Keir, he's the black smoke genie, heard of him."
"Who hasn't, he might change his name every few years but I do, what do you want him for?" he casually took a seat and looked up at her.
"Don't play dumb. You know I want my revenge just like Allon knew as well."
He snickered at what she said, "Kill him, I take it then."
She smiled nonchalantly at him, some different feelings hiding in the smile, "That sounds on point."
"Of course, anything for you. But... Keir isn't that easy to find. I'm sure you had a plan but he usually doesn't meet up with people. He doesn't share his location much either." Keme said, "Also... he's been known to kill genies and keep them in their lamps."
Allon walked into the room the second after, "Well... I told Evira everything... she hates me and hates you too."
Tsuru faked a hurt expression, "I'll live through it."
"What's the plan?" Allon asked.
Tsuru looked at him questionably. He bashed her head in, then brough her to Keme and now wants to know the plan. She didn't feel like she should trust him, but yet couldn't bring herself to tell him to go away.
Tsuru looked at him with the most questionable expression she had ever done, turning to find an explanation from Keme.
