What is love? How would you define it?

Well; it's undefinable, I must admit

To some, it's about going that extra mile

To others, it's about walking down that aisle

And to some, a great deal of heartbreak 

But it isn't because of love that hearts break

Love is truly a wonder, yet it is so blinding

We never notice the red flags reminding

We'd walk right into the fire and chaos 

Even if it completely shatters or burns us

Sometimes we become numb to its pain

And we'd go into it blindly all over again

Only to finally blame love in its painful end

With the pieces of a broken heart to mend

When really, it wasn't ''love'' that broke you

but someone who didn't know how to love you
