Synopsis: After the events of the first game, when Luz was mastering her magic skills, she must figure out how to help Eda with her curse. Meanwhile with Emperor Belos, he assigns on Lilith to capture Eda, in exchange of inducting the rogue witch into the coven. Lilith is not happy with this and now she has to save her own sister, but she'll need Luz and her friends' help.
Gameplay: The Owl House 2 is a 3D action-adventure game played from a third-person view. The gameplay is the same as the previous game. So, the player doesn't have to worry about anything that's control related. In the sequel, in addition of Luz and King being the playable characters, the game also has new playable characters, Lilith Clawthorne, Amity Blight, Willow Park, and Gus Porter. Lilith's abilities are to use her staff to fly, teleport from one location to another, and use her magic to create a force field. Amity's abilities are abomination magic to make a shield as well as making all kinds of moves with her abomination magic. Willow's abilities are plant magic where she can use plants as whips, tie up enemies, and use the plants as strong rope to climb things. And Gus's abilities are illusion magic where he can make ghost clones of himself and other people and to create all kinds of objects for perception. The co-op mode has been increased up to four players. So, now up to four players can control each character as they fight various enemies. Also in co-op, each player can switch to whatever character at any moment. And controlling the camera has improved. Just like the previous game, the game has humor.
