I’ll keep this short.

I have been away from writing for a while now. I kept feeling discomforted at the thought of returning. I started being afraid of writing and seeing it as a burden. Whenever I tried to come back, I felt myself being pushed away to do anything else.

I tried my best to self-reflect, and, in the end, came to a conclusion. I wasn’t happy with the story I had been putting together.

I had set myself a goal from the get-go that I would be exploring the  backstories of the Pleiades, and that this was to be the hook of the story. From there, I tried building the story around that hook, but that was a mistake.

I do not quite enjoy writing said backstories; I much prefer keeping to a comedical tone with more action and less drama and quirky details.

As such, I have decided that if I am to continue writing, I need to mend my previous mistakes. I will hereby start rewriting the story so far, in a tone that fits my style better.

I will also be doing less drawings, if any at all, since I felt I was doing it to attract an audience; the same mistake that led me to constraining the story towards the description.

It’ll surely take me a while, however, if you enjoyed the story so far, I am looking forward to hearing from you sometime in the future.
