Tyler grabbed the blankets and pillows and stuffed them as fast as he could they all put up their hoods and sped down the ladder and began to run. Faint shouting once again could be heard and the realisation clouded all of their minds. They may never stop running. Hours past by and no matter how tired they were they still ran until they reached a road. Cars wouldn’t stop they just continued to zoom past they stood still waiting for an opening where there were fewer cars for them to run across. There was their chance. “Run now!” Rose screamed. Without thinking twice they followed Rose’s order and ran across. Beep! Beep! Beep! Numerous cars beeped their horns at the four but they just blocked out the sound as they safely got to the other side. There were only houses but there was an alleyway which they walked down keeping their hoods up and heads down. As they walked down a narrow street there was a television and radio shop where the news played on the screens. The newswoman said ‘four teens have gone missing after leaving TSOA the military school they had been relocated to. They go by the names of Tyler George, Raven Johnson, Tannis Johnson and Rose George. Here you will see their photos if you see them please contact the police. Here is a message from their families. ‘Raven, Tannis if you are seeing thing please come home or give us a sign that you are ok’ Raven and Tannis’s parents said bursting into tears. “Mam dad, stop crying,” Raven said whilst her  eyes welled up with tears “can’t we call them to tell them we are ok?” 

“Raven please stop crying,” Tannis said whilst grabbing Raven and hugging her “they’ll be ok we’ll go to a payphone and phone our parents.” The television screen then spoke again ‘now here is a message from Tyler and Rose’s family’ the weather woman said.

‘Rose Tyler I know at heart you are good kids no matter what happens just please tell us you are ok. Tyler I know you don’t want anything to do with my business just remember we will always care just please tell us you and your sister are ok. If you can see this’ The father said whilst cuddling their crying mother. 

“Bullshit Rose don’t cry you can ring then when Tannis and Raven ring their parents but I’m not talking to that man. He’s no father of mine”.  Tyler said also cuddling his sister. They sauntered away and continued down a narrow road, cars zoomed by but they still kept their hoods up and heads down. After a few miles insight was a gas station. “Anyone got any money?” Tannis asked. 

“I stashed loads before they took us to TSOA” Rose replied. 

“And I did,” Tyler said after. 

“Sorry to say but we ain’t gonna last without water and food. Before you interrupt Tyler I know you have food but it isn’t proper food that can be eaten for meals. I have a little money so I’ll buy some salads and one of us needs to get coffee so we can warm up.” Raven said.

“I’ll get the coffee any way ya like it ” Tyler replied. 

“Strong” Raven said.

“Milky” Rose said.

“I don’t care how it is,” Tannis said.

“Alright, Rose Tannis you stay outside and look after the bags. Raven and I will go in get what we need and get out” Tyler said
