“Umm, i-I didn’t mean to say that.”

“In any case, Sir did your assistant sign the content paper?”

“Ahh, I totally forgot about that.”

 I felt a cold steer looking at me, I looked at Mic. She was a tall woman, dress in a suit. She was beautiful but her steer was cold. I felt like she didn’t like me at all. It send shivers down my spine.  

 “Well, I knew you would forget about it so I brought the paper with me.”

Mic gave me a piece of paper and a pen. My stupid ass brain didn’t know what the high mighty words mean as I went through it. But my pride didn’t allow me to ask what that mean. So guess what! I sign the paper without understanding what it mean.

“I am so happy, Mr. Rey I didn’t think you would sign the paper.” Max said with a happy smile on his face.

“Well, in any case, you, MR. REY, you may come to work tomorrow but, remember 9 am sharp. Or this will be your last day at work.” Mic said.

“Okay, madam.” I said nervously.

“Mic, can I go drop him at his house.”

As I was about to say no, Mic responded “No, sir you may not”

There was silent’s all of sudden.

 “Well, thank you for giving me the job.” I said thinking it might help with this silent.

“I didn’t want you to work here, as for your information our lowest rank workers are more educated than you are.” Mic said

Dame she is really honest. I thought she might be a little gentle but she said that on my face. I felt like a pup getting bullied.

“Hey, don’t be so rude to him.”

“Whatever you say Sir.”

“Umm… I will be taking my leave than.” I said.

I went outside. And as I was about to exit, Max came running towards me.

“Dame, you sure do walk fast.”

“What are you doing here Sir.” I said.

“Well.”

Max came near me and whispered.

“You see, I didn’t get to finish my sentence at the office. I just want to say that if you want to do it than first you, have to get ready for me.”

DID I HEAR THAT RIGHT!? Now I was the one who was blushing.

“U-umm okay.”

 WAIT DID I JUST AGREE TO IT. Rey!?

“Haha, that’s what I like to hear.”

Well I can’t take that back, so I guess I am stuck with it. Self note, think before you speak.

“Aww.. I wanted to drop you off at your house but you see I have an important meeting in just about 5 min, so. And please don’t get mad at Mic, you see she is worried about me.”

What kind of relationship does he have with her. “It’s okay, and I am not mad at her.”

“Well then, I will be taking my leave.”
