My strengths are not in poetry

I am used to supernatural and fantasy

Writing poems is its own industry.

It used to be so easy,

I guess I lost that part of me after high school.

Part of me mourns, but I am a new person.

Living a new chapter means it must overrule.

I do not know the reason.

“Realization” was my rhyming poem; it was simple and for some reason difficult to produce. I used to be more involved with poetry, but fiction writing quickly consumed me as I got older, and I had more fun writing shorts and working on stories. It comes to me a lot easier than poems do which is not entirely bad, but it is a definite change.
