Hey?! Hey?! It was one of the men. I can't tell which one it is. Pardon? is my meek response. I was saying that we're stopping for the night. Here's a blanket try to get comfortable and some sleep. He tosses me a heavy sheepskin blanket. When will we there ? I call out . Tomorrow afternoons if everything works out he answers turning away. I drap the blanket around my shoulders and lean against the wall of the wagon. I can feel my eye lids closing before it all goes fades to black. 

When I wake I feel the soft warmth of the  sun upon my face. Then I smell something. The smell of something delicious cooking. I follow the mouth-watering smell and locate the source. It's a pot cooking over a small campfire. I feel a my stomach growl which reminds me that I haven't eaten since breakfast time yesterday. Hey, the first one calls me over. Here he says filling a bowl Have some. He offers it to me. I walk over and take it then I go take a seat next to  them.
