I got to my apartment door to see that the door was still closed and that nobody had forced entry but I couldn’t be off guard in case there was someone waiting for me behind the door . I took my seraph blade out of my sheath and I got into my fighting position before opening the door to my apartment .I opened the door of my apartment to find Locien and Luka sitting in the living room with Skyler pacing around the place , but that pacing stopped when Skyler heard the door open . Skyler ran towards me and pulled me into a hug , I hugged him back as I was just as worried a minute ago .
‘’ What are we doing here Lia ? ‘’ Luka said while hiding behind me . I didn’t quite understand why he was hiding .
‘’ We’re here for our own safety Lu , My father is trying to kill Sky and I ‘’ I said while trying to step away from Luka , so that he wouldn’t be hidden behind me.
