The next day Charlotte looked forward to seeing Sahra all day just to ask her to dress up with her for Halloween. Charlotte was completely lost in her thoughts when she saw Sahra walking right in front of her. She ran over and tapped her on the shoulder, Sahra turned around to find Charlotte standing there smiling at her, seeing that smile gave her an odd feeling of comfort.

- What's up Charlotte? - She asked 

-Well... I was wondering if you had already chosen a costume for Halloween- She asked shyly 

-Wait is that soon? I hadn't even thought about it - She replied 

-Would you wanna dress up with me? 

Sahra's face lit up with a smile as Charlotte's words went thought their brain, she was excited but decided to play it cool. 

-Sure, why not- She turned and both girls continued walking together chatting about what they were going to be 

-What about Anna and Elsa? - Charlotte suggested 

-There's no way I'm dressing like Elsa for a whole day, I'd trip with the dress and fall in front of everyone- She responded 

- What about sugar rush? - Sahra said excitingly

-I don't think so - Charlotte responded disappointingly 

They kept walking without saying anything when Charlotte overheard "Lost Boy" from Peter Pan playing in a girl's headphones.

-WENDY AND PETER! - Charlotte yelled startling Sahra who was right next to her and could hear her clearly without the need to yell 

-What? - Sarah said 

-We should be Wendy and Peter! 

-That's actually not a bad idea

-You should come by my room later so we can look for costumes

-Sure, what time?

-Does 6 work for you?

-Yeah, see you later then

Both girls went their ways and kept doing their thing until it was finally time for Sarah to come look for costumes with Charlotte in her dorm.

Charlotte was cleaning the room and preparing it for Sarah's visit when she heard a knock on the door 

-Come in! - She said looking at the door 

-Hi - Said Sahra as she walked in

The girls opened the laptop and started looking for costumes, they found a light blue dress similar to Wendy's and a Peter Pan costume that could fit Sahra perfectly. 

The girls ordered the costumes and closed the laptop feeling accomplished 

-Perfect, there's only one problem, I don't know how to do my hair like Wendy's - Charlotte commented, her mom had always done her hair and since she came to the academy all she did was brush her hair and tie a bow around a strand of her hair

-Don't worry, just come by my room when you're dressed and I'll do it for you - Sarah comforted Charlotte and both girls smiled 

Hours had passed and it was finally time for Sarah to go back to her room. 

Halloween was getting closer and everyone at the academy was talking about it, there was a huge party planned and there was going to be a costume contest.

The costumes finally arrived and the girls were already feeling like Halloween was just around the corner, they tried on the costumes to see if they fit and Charlotte and Sahra practically felt like the characters.

Halloween day came and it seemed like all the girls at the academy had woken up hours early to get ready, Charlotte put on her blue dress and a pair of black flats to match the dress while Sahra was in her dorm putting on her green outfit and adjusting the hat.

Sahra was preparing everything she needed to do Charlotte's hair when she heard a knock on her door, she opened the door to find Charlotte standing there.

-Hey, come in- Sahra signaled to a little hair station Sahra had prepared on her desk where she had placed a small mirror

Charlotte walked over to the desk and sat down while Sahra plugged in her curling iron, she started brushing Charlotte's hair, her hair was thin and straight, the beautiful shade of red shined with the morning light and even though it wasn't anything out of this world Sahra was amazed by its beauty. The curling iron was finally hot enough so Sahra started curling Charlotte's hair and leaving it in loose curls that she would later brush out, she grabbed the front pieces of her hair and brought them to the back of her head tying them together with a beautiful blue bow which Charlotte never left her room without. 

-Done- Sahra said as she gently brushed Charlotte's hair with her fingers

-Thanks for helping me- Charlotte responded 

-It's nothing for you- She finished 

The girls left their rooms and even tho it was Halloween they still had to attend all their classes, the only difference was that during breakfast and lunch they served Halloween themed desserts. 

It was finally the much awaited party time, the teachers had set up tables with snacks and fruit punch on one side of the ballroom and some tables and chairs on the other, Mr. Abrick, the music teacher, was in charge of the music and in the center of the room a disco ball hanged from the cealing. 

Charlotte and Sahra danced to upbeat Halloween songs as well as with their friends 

Before they knew it, Principal Robinson was announcing the costume contest 

"Hello girls and welcome to the annual Halloween costume contest, anyone who wants to participate please step up and stand on the stage" 

- We should compete - Said Sarah 

-What? No - Responded Charlotte 

-It's alright if we don't win, it'll be fun! - Sahra said as she smiled and grabbed Charlotte's hand to pull her to the stage 

-Alright, but I'm only doing it for you - Charlotte added while trying to hold back a smile 

A few people were standing with them, a girl dressed as lilo, another one dressed as a vampire and two girls as "Netflix" and "Chill", how original

The judges for the contest were Mr. Calterson, a history teacher, Miss Zurach, the drama teacher and Frau Heistcherin, the German teacher

After the teachers examined all the girls and voted Principal Robinson announced the winners

"And the winner of this year's costume contest is... Sahra and Charlotte as Peter and Wendy!" 

The crowd cheered and the girls were handed a skull crown and a bouquet of dead roses. Sahra hugged Charlotte and the girls held hands as they walked off the stage.
