I woke up in the morning, realizing that I had left my bandana at Montana's! I took a shower, changed, and rushed downstairs. "What's the rush sweetie?" Mom said. "You haven't even said good morning." "Sorry. I just forgot my bandana at Montana's last night." All of a sudden we heard a knock on the door. *Knock-knock* I went to open it. "Hi." It was Montana. "Uhm...I found your bandana. Sorry I took so long to get it to you. Since I'm new here I didn't know where you lived." She said handing me my bandana. "It's okay," I said. "Oh, I see that you opening the candy store later today." "About that..." my Mom stopped. "I may have run out of a lot of candies, and ice cream...so I moved the opening to 3 days from now." "Well, looks like I have nothing else to do today." "Actually," Montana said. "If you wouldn't mind, maybe you can show me around town today, and we can go to the mall and get your mom some candies and ice cream." "Sure! I haven't eaten breakfast yet, though." "I haven't either now that I think about it." She said. "You welcome to eat with us if you'd like." Said Mom as she went into the kitchen. "Thanks!"

After we ate breakfast, Montana and I walked to my backyard first. There's a tree and a wheel is hanging from it so it's a little like a swing. It even has a view of the lake, but we're not going there yet. Then we went to the Town Bell. There's a few tables around it, so we sat and hung out for a few minutes. Then, went to my worst enemy...the pigpen. I can still feel the mud dripping from my hair...ew. "Awww. The pigs are so cute!" Said Montana. I just rolled my eyes. Then we went to where the cows were. After, the school. Since it was lunchtime, we decided to go to the cafe and eat some sandwiches. I even introduced her to River. After, we went to the community pool. we spent around an hour there. Then I took her to the horse stables, after that the roller-skating arena, then where the town usually hast get-togethers, Then the clothing store, after that we passed by the Sheriff's office to say hello, but apparently, he was out of town. Wonder what it could be. After that, we went past the fountain, a walked to the mall to get Mom a few candies and ice cream. The mall is still under construction in a few parts, but the grocery store was done. We went to my house to drop it off and got ice creams at the cafe just in time before the sunset. "There's a little hill beside the lake that has an amazing view of the sunset, it'll be beautiful, trust me!" "Ok!" She said.

We sat on the hill just as the sun started setting. "It is beautiful!" said Montana. I just smiled back. We enjoyed the sunset while eating our ice creams. I think...I think I just made a new friend.
