"Huh?!" I said turning around and closing my left eye to see who it was.

"Sir are you alright?" It was two officers that look very confuse and concern.

"I?" Before I could finish my sentence suddenly.

"Hey! Hey! Hey!" Said by Jonas Who rush over towards us and came to clear up the commotion.

"Sir what's going on? You were--" The officer was then interrupt.

"Hey ease off my partner, he was just busy doing his analysis!"

"Analysis?" The officer next to the one that stop me said looking more confuse and intrigue, it was understandable though but then again we were agents so they should have seen something like this coming.

"That's right and he was in the middle of cracking down the case, so let's leave him be." Jonas was the go to agent when it came to explaining my situation.

"Oh ah? Sorry about that." The officer who interrupt me express feeling very awkwardly out of place What the other one remains silent and to himself.

"Forget it, it's all right Jonas, I'm going to continue, follow me." I then resume investigations.

"Wait up." Jonas follow as we both head downstairs instead of taking the elevator.

I then close my left eye.

"Jonas." I said to let Jonas know that I could hear again.

"Smith, Are you on the right track to figuring this out?"

"I believe so, I'm actually following the perpetrator as we speak." 

"I see, then--" I then interrupt Jonas.

"Hang on I'm about to activate reversal again, I've only got two minutes left." I did just that and switched my left eye back to gold following the killer who was heading down stairs in the recording.

Next the perpetrator was heading for the exit of the building In the main hall which was empty.

(So he's just casually walking out of the building now no problem?) Thoughts form by me.

As the perpetrator was leaving through the exit in the recording a person then pass and tilt their head towards him as that person enter but didn't seem to react in any sort of negative way.

(So there's no blood at all that's noticeable on him? It must be the jacket.)

The perpetrator then made way to his car.

 (He's making way towards a car, but wait upon closer inspection that's a!) As I witness the perpetrator enter his vehicle my reversal ability suddenly went undone.

"Tch, time's up." I said.

"Aaron, your ability's up?" Jonas ask still behind me.

"Yeah, unfortunately." I took a deep breath soon after and return with Jonas towards the room of where the murder took place.

"So you gentlemen mind telling me what just happen?" One of the officers ask as him and the other 4 were still present in the room.

"Well My partner was tracking down the actual killer in his recording But I ran out of fumes once we were reaching the climax of what we need." Said by Jonas lighting is cigarette.

"Really now and did you discover anything useful?" The officer set up front.

"..." But I said nothing..

"Hello?"

"You hear us?" Two of the officers in the room ask.

"..." But no words were still coming out of my mouth.

"Hey! You listening to us?!" The officer was beginning to get irritated.

"Excuse me." I let out while I was walking away.

"A--Aaron?! Sorry guys he is pretty drain out!" Jonas express going after me.

"Drain out? He didn't even do anything." Said by officer number 1 who ask the questions.

"Maybe it's an agent thing?" Officer 2 stat.

But as the officers were talking among themselves One of them decide to walk away in private.

Meanwhile For me and Jonas.

"Hey Aaron wait up!" Jonas said catching up with me who stormed off and was outside.

"Is everything all right?" Jonas's face had concern written all over it, like it usually does when it comes to my ability.

"Come on, I think we're done investigating here." 

"We're leaving?" As Jonas said that I had already open the door to our car and sat in.

"Just get in the car and trust me." I express while turning on the engine.

"Alright if you say so." Jonas open his door and hop in, while I took off.
