Milo

Milo heard the sturdy wood of the bed groan, but he couldn’t find it in himself to care. It was clear that neither of them were very concerned about all the damage being done to their home.

Just this morning, he and Jasper had left a deep, satisfying dent in the living room wall from their recent activities.

“There, right there!” Milo gasped.

Jasper grunted above him, hyper-focused on taking Milo apart.

Milo scratched red marks along Jaspers's broad back and downwards.

When Milo gave Jasper's muscled butt a squeeze with a wink, Jasper just huffed an amused breath before picking up the pace.

You’d think after days of this they might get have gotten tuckered out. Or at least a little bored.

But Milo was greedy, and every taste of Jasper left him hungry for more.

Jasper was always more than happy to oblige.

A particular move from the Alpha had Milo biting into Jasper's broad neck, trying to stifle his moans. That was another thing about Jasper. Usually, Alphas were extremely fussy about their necks. Would let no one, not even their own Omegas near them. Some stupid show of dominance toward others.

The first time Milo had nipped at Jasper's tan throat, he expected the Alpha to lose his shit. Instead, the Alpha had simply bared his throat, eager for more.

Submitting to his own Omega.

Milo had shown his gratitude by dropping to his knees, happily turning his intimidating Alpha into a babbling mess.

Something unspoken had changed ever since Jasper had taken him on that hunting trip. Some primal shift between them. Milo had taken a stray deer by surprise, hunting it down with one of Jasper's wood-carved knives. It had been bloody and untamed, but so freeing. Jasper had taken one look at him, panting harshly. Splattered in animal blood. Then ravished him against a tree.

When Milo was with Jasper, he didn't feel like he had an Alpha. He felt like he had a partner.

Someone he could finally be himself with.

Someone he could climb like a tree.

With one last move from Jasper, Milo saw stars.

A heartbeat later and Jasper collapsed beside him, pulling Milo to rest against his heaving chest.

When Milo finally felt his brain come back online, he let out a choked laugh.

"Wha?" Jasper rasped eloquently.

"I think, maybe," Milo poked his head up, "yep, we're definitely gonna need a new bed."

Jasper tilted himself up long enough to notice how the bed now slanted off to the left. They must have broken one of the bed's legs.

Instead of being upset, Jasper's lips tilted into a smug grin before rolling on top of Milo.

"Move fucker! You're all sweaty." Milo hissed, Jasper ran hot like a furnace.

"Nuh, uh you're sweaty too." Jasper yawned sleepily.

"You're sweatier!" Milo kicked up into his Alpha's side, trying to roll him off. It was like kicking a sweaty boulder.

"It was a team effort of sweat," Jasper replied dryly.

"Go, team." Milo deadpanned.

The omega finally wiggled out from the ridiculously heavy Alpha. Curling up as the little spoon, Milo pulled his snoring Alpha's arm over his hip. Ready to squeeze in a catnap before their next round of exercise.

A hollow crash from the doorway told Milo he would have to scrap those plans.

Jasper was up like a shot, powerful arms straining. Milo admired the sinful way Jasper's muscles rippled with the movement.

Stay focused Milo! Intruder breaking in, remember? Eyes above the waist.

Jasper quietly stalked toward the bedroom door, his dark tail twitching behind him.

Milo was right behind him, quickly grabbing one of the hunting knives from his bedside table.

They followed the strange crashing noise to the living room before halting. The hackles on his Alpha's shoulders dropped, and his tail made a confused swishing motion.

Puzzled, Milo rounded Jasper's large, and slightly less sweaty, body.

“Wes?”

I think jasper is cool with many things but having to share Milo is not one of them

After decades of senseless murders, a deal was struck, the Alphas would remain in an isolated, vast forest far away from the rest of the population but in return, once a year three genetically-compatible Omegas would be released into the Alpha's territory. If the Omegas could travel through the Alpha's territory and come out the other side before dawn, they were free to return back home. If the Omegas didn’t make it out, well, nobody truly knew what happened to those Omegas.
