Entry 1 of new journal:

My name is Lydia Starlight. And I come from a very advanced planet that has the ability to use time itself as a fuel source for our greatest and most necessary transportation. Spaceships. It is thanks to the founder, Timm Timemark, the organization NASA-5 is made for space explorers and pilots to travel easily through space without incident. Or at least, it should have.

Turns out, my former neighbor and pen pal, Harriet, who is Timm's only daughter, was made into one of our planets' youngest space explorer. The only reason this passed is because she inherited her father's time powers and high intelligence. But she's very bubbly and mischievous. I can't help but worry about her when she pulls stunts that might get her in serious trouble. 

Example? There's too many to count. But her most noticeable and recent blunder… getting hijacked by some idiot meathead of what she called, A "Mafia" and this idiot managed to scatterher fuel source all over a strange planet named "Earth". At first I was freaking out when she told me about this and possibly getting herself on some mobs' hit list. But she said that they weren't that troublesome. But somehow my gut tells me that she was lying through her teeth. 

Things got even more complicated when she made it home, was that she decided to MOVE TO EARTH. I mean WTH?!?!?!

Somehow she managed to convince her father to let her stay. Under the condition that she visits more than twice a year. And that someone would watch over her…. *Sigh*

And that, ladies and gents, is where moi comes in. Apparently Timm trusts me the most with her since I talk to her more than anyone else, besides Beau, AND that I was her babysitter ever since she was born. And I can't help that Harriet begged him to suggest me for the task as well. 

So now… here I am, one of Zodial's high council white witches and expert miners is going to be resuming her teenage job on another planet and keep said troublemaker safe. 

One part of me doesn't mind. Mainly because I love Harriet. The other is seriously considering whether she's insane or not. Oh well.
