-Chapter 2.4-
“Hey, guys!” I said as we walked out of the room.
“What? Where did they go?” Sam said as he walked in front of me.
We Continue..
“Did they seriously all leave already!?” We didn’t take that long, did we? There’s no way they just left! I can never get them to leave, they’ll just stay here for a week straight like it’s their own house sometimes!
“Even Tracy is gone.. What exactly did she tell them?” Sam’s right, Tracy never leaves things like this so for everyone to just be gone… This is bad.
“Wait, not only are they all gone but… THEY LEFT MY HOUSE A MESS AGAIN!” It was spotless before they got here so how is it this bad now!?
“Calm down Evan, I help you clean it again. Someday…”
“Did you just say someday after that sentence? My house isn’t gonna be cleaned for months now isn’t it.”
“Heh, sorry!” Yeah, Sam’s no help.
“Anyway, I’m gonna go grab my phone I think I left it downstairs last night.” By that I mean I have no idea where it is.
“Oh, speaking of phones, I have no idea where mine is either-” Well there goes asking him to call mine.
“Wanna help me search for this mess for our phones?” Might as well, we can clean up a little as we look.
“Yeahhh suree.” Sam totally just rolled his eyes as he said that-.
-Later-
“Sam, I found both our phones!” After you know only an HOUR of searching.
“Really!? Where!??” Sam came running down the stairs.
“Yeah so, they were both under the couch near where we were sitting.” I’m not even kidding about this.
“Wha- HOW!?” Good question Sam, good question.
“I have no idea!” I really don’t though.
“Whatever, just give me my phone.”
“Yeah sure. Oh, someone called me, I’ve got some texts too? People don’t normally call me that much.” The only person who normally calls me is Sam-.
“Really who was it?” That’s my exact question, Sam.
“Um, Sam… We might have a problem.” A big problem.
“What is it?”
“I have 68 missed calls from my mom. She also texted me she’s gonna be home today at… Wait, SHE’S GONNA BE HERE IN LIKE AN HOUR!?” If she comes home to this mess. I swear I’m gonna die.
“An hour? We’ll never clean this in time!”
“Teamwork makes the dream work! Get to cleaning, NOW!” We can clean up as much as we can in the time we have!
“Got it! We can both start down here, It’s the first thing she’ll see so it’s better to do the upstairs last.” Well I mean, he’s not wrong.
“Okay! You don’t have to clean everything the greatest just make sure it’s not noticeable!”
