‘There isn’t much that I remember after our fight, to be honest. If I were to recall how I felt during that time… I think the feeling that overwhelmed me was that of relief.

It’s funny, isn’t it? 

The doctors asked me about the pain in my body, but how can I tell if there’s not much to feel anymore. That night, everything happened so fast and I only thought of how not to lose you that I actually didn’t realized that my whole body went numb.

Don’t worry, while I can’t feel my legs at the moment, I’m sure there will be a day when I’ll be able to walk again. I promise to you, I’ll fully recover by the time we met again in person.

I’m sure you’re busy with your schedules, but I think you should know that there are so many news about you. A short clip from your latest performance was aired last night, on the news. Even the Anchor congratulated you for doing such a great job, even for getting that scholarship in America.

There was a time when I felt that the future is dark and uncertain, to the point where I was scared, but now, when I think of it, I’m sure our future will shine brightly. For you, those moments are just the beginning of the amazing life you’ll get to live, and for me, those moment are the one I admire the most… the moments that give me the courage to get better.

I’ll look up to you and become someone who shines brightly, like you do now, under the spotlight.

Everything has returned to what we could call ‘normal’, but I can’t stop but think about him.

If he were to accept my proposal and stop, do you think his future would have been different?

I, somehow, feel pity towards him. You and I had both Raon and Hana by our sides, but he was all alone. While thinking of his future, all he could see was the revenge, no wonder he couldn’t change his mind.

By the time those 15 years he has to spend in prison pass, he would still be in his youth, so I truly hope he will be able to live… a new life. I truly hope he gets a second chance once he rejoins the society.
