He did what he had to do. "Goodbye, father. Your legacy ends here," Ainzel said. His father pulled out a dagger from his sleeve and almost reached Ainzel, but he wasn't fast enough. Ainzel strangled his father's neck so hard that his head almost get detached. At a blink of an eye, a new era within the Frost family started.
He whistled. He called a messenger bird nearby, "Tell them that father is dead and I am now the new Duke of Frost."
The hall was filled with murmurs and shock. This morning, the prophecy said that from Ainzel's hands, blood will shed, and it did shed tonight. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Who knows?
