The chilling sound of ice crackling reverberated around the massive room. Colors of white and green clashed as massive shockwaves destroyed the grassy landscape. However, all of that came to a stop when Cyprian leaked out an ounce of his power. Instantly, the two fighting set aside their differences and faced the source of power. One of those people was a petite female woven in armor made of ice. Her pale white skin was exposed in multiple places along her arms, chest, and legs but it didn’t appear as though she tried to make her armor seductive. Her icy white hair was fixed in an odango-like position with two buns near the top of her head. She even had a little ice crown too. As she propped herself on a white magic staff her pale blue eyes diverted from Cyprian and she began glaring into my soul from meters away. Luckily for me, she didn’t speak. The other was a male, he had dark green hair and eyes. His outfit was the same colors as his hair and it resembled what a male gymnast might wear back in my previous life. It had the occasional gold markings but it was nothing fancy. Twiddling in his hands were a pair of two daggers with hilts designed like dragons. Unlike his companion, he merely gave me a disinterested glance before looking back at Cyprian. “Where are the others,” Cyprian asked the duo. “Torre, he’s doing space things, Draven is probably playing by himself in the shadows somewhere, and Jade is,” the female paused for a second as she looked around trying to find ‘Jade.’ “Jade is right here sweetheart,” said a seductive voice as she appeared behind me. “Got you a new pet huh Cyprian,” Jade teased as she walked around me, “And he’s young too, he can’t be much older than 5 could he?” When she didn’t get an answer she kept talking, “You know, it would be such a shame,” she paused as he propped up my chin while only inches from my face, “If you lost this one too.” She stepped back after that which allowed me to get a better look at her. Unlike the Ice Queen, Jade had made it a point to wear subductive attire. Her black leather clothes only covered what they had to and even that hardly covered her curves. She wore her black hair loose and her seductive plum color eyes acted as though they were innocent. “Sorry I didn’t arrive quicker, I took a nap, watching these two fight over nothing got boring fast,” Jade stated. “It wasn’t over nothing,” the Ice Queen protested, “Kai said I was an ugly smudge of ice.” “Well, Brooke, if it wasn’t true I wouldn’t have said it,” Kai retorted. “Oh, don’t make me beat you up again,” Brooke warned as she began building her mana. “Oh please, have you even landed a scratch on me yet,” Kai shot back. Quickly glancing downstairs before meeting Kai’s glare, Brooke mocked, “Well it’s not like I have a big target.” Enraged, Kai increased his own mana before firing back, “Oh that’s it, you wanna go, well let’s fu~” “Silence,” Cyprian commanded. The words, or rather, the power behind them instantly made the two stop again. It wasn’t like any of the three were weak. Jade, Brooke, and Kai all gave off a strength that probably could rival Evanii or Apis. I don’t know about Damon’s though. That is if any of them managed to survive. Anyway, although they were all strong, they still did not compare to Cyprian. In fact, I’m not too sure if I want to meet anyone else who compared to Cyprian. Seeing that the room had finally become silent, Cyprian spoke, “As you can see, our little friend has finally awakened.” Pushing me forward, Cyprian continued, “With any luck, he may survive long enough to learn something.” I don’t know if they were expecting me to do something or not but I kind of just stood there awkwardly. Silence. “Well,” Zai spoke. “You gonna do something,” Brooke asked. “Ahem,” Cyprian cleared his throat, “Show us what you can do.” “Oh, I see,” I responded, “Um, you see, about that.” I scratched my head out of embarrassment. “What exactly do you want me to do,” I asked. “Show us your attitude kid,” Zai answered like it was obvious. I froze. Attribute? When did I develop an attribute? “Attribute,” I asked, trying to keep him talking. “I thought the kid was talented,” Brooke complained. “Ah, y’all leave the poor boy alone, he’s hardly out of diapers,” Jade said, though she looked incredibly disinterested. “Look at him, he’s just standing there like a ~” Brooke's joke was cut short by Cyprian clicking his tongue. “You don’t know how you controlled your attribute back then, do you,” Cyprian asked, less angry than disappointed. “No,” I admitted. Clicking his tongue once more he spoke, “Very well then, let’s start with the basics."
