She continued :

"Vanishing lightning isn't anything like ball lightning if you may presume, Ashit; it's a kind of lightning that isn't visible to begin with. But. There is a certain legend that, in a way, could also be referred to as not a legend, which says- the one who sees the vanishing lightning is lucky by 1 in a billion chances to see it, but if they do manage to see it, that could make interesting things happen."

"Which means... I've seen it? But what now? What do you mean by interesting??"

"Look at them."

I'd almost forgotten me and Achala from minutes ago were still standing on the opposite side beside the window, while the current me and adult Achala stood by the hallway.

"WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?!"

"Observe closely. They're talking about the same thing you were doing 5 minutes ago. Okay, here comes the second lightning. You'll learn quickly boy."

What?! Another lightning!

[ BOOOOOM ]

OMG another vanishing lightning!

BU- BUT WAIT. What do I see now?!

I've been spawned almost 5 meters away from my second self and adult Achala more towards the hallway.

Now I can see 2 scenes going on right in front of my eyes- the first being the original me and Achala from 10 minutes ago, and the other being my second self and adult Achala discussing about vanishing lightning from 5 minutes ago.

This went on for 35 more minutes, until-

I found my current state (the 9^th state) and the 8^th Achala, now her age being around 30-35, at the very end of the hallway, standing just next to one of the deepest trenches humanity can every imagine.

What a surprise!! The hallway doesn’t lead to the 2^nd floor anymore; it has ended. The hallway has ended into a “VOID”. There’s nothing but void, everywhere I look it’s dark.

The last scene I’d be seeing now- is me and Achala falling through the void, with nothing to prevent our motion.

WHAT?! I woke up.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! By this time, I’ve already accustomed myself to waking up in different bodies but with the same consciousness, however- what is this? Me and Achala are sleeping? In the same bed?! WHOA- WHOA!! I jumped off the bed almost breaking my waist. She’s still a grown woman apparently, and I’m- I am okay I guess… No wait…! I remembe- I’ve started remembering things, things that have never happened in my life, however the memories are flooding in like wild blood into my veins. Maybe they’re the memories from the time we fell through but for some reason my body doesn’t seem to remember things from far back then. I- I managed to wake up Achala with the kindest approach I could… asked her about the place we’re in, what happened to us after we fell through. Apparently, this is my house, and it’s the same Earth, except- the people, ARE MANIFESTATIONS OF OURSELVES.
