Chapter 14:SC Duo(7/7)

“Oi Rand gimme it!” the young mesh of creatures said to the snake

“NoNo! This ultra epic kool aid man is mine Gor!” As they goofed around a human approached, Koko

“Guys the adults will catch us if you’re too loud!”

“Y-yeah sorry”

“Well Darius is coming anyway, he said we can explore the forest”

“Really!? Wow!” Then another comes into the corner , a mouse called Muse

“What’s going on guys?”

“Darius is gonna let us go into the woods!”

“Woah no kidding?”

“Yep”.

An hour passes before the human Darius arrives at the shack, with his friends Duke and Nairon. “We gotta be quiet guys, you know what happens when SEC does when they find monsters in the forest” all the child monsters there replied with “yes!”.

Duke pulled Darius aside and asked him “You really wanna bring Nairon with us?”

“Don’t say that, I know you’re only saying that because he’s a half monster!”They all left the run-down shack and entered the forest, they tried to avoid SEC patrols as they went. Eventually they made it to the garden, it had all kinds of wildlife scurrying around it. Rand went over to Nairon “h-hello I’ve never met y-you before, nice to meet!” he held out his hand for a handshake, Nairon took up  the offer of the handshake and replied,

“Nice to meet you too!”.

3 weeks later

Rand and Gor were playing around when Nairon entered

“Nairon!” they both said in unison, they both ran to him to give him a hug.

“I’ve found a quick way to the garden, wanna come?”

“YEAH!” They left and went up the quick path and spent around an hour at the garden before returning back to the shack.

5 years go by when everyone once again groups together to go to the garden, “We’re thinking of staying over in the garden tonight, since we haven’t visited it in 5 years as a full group” Muse said, no one had any any objections, so they went down the shortcut Nairon found a while back and spent  the day there before going to sleep.

Sirens blaring red lights flashing in the midst a SEC commander was screaming before gunshots sounded, Rand and Gor woke up to find the whole garden littered with SEC police. Muse’s corpse laid in front of them, another gunshot fired and Darius fell to the floor, Nairon was screaming at the SEC police to fire. What has happened? Why did Nairon betray them? Duke grabbed the two children and sprinted, as they ran they heard the screams of their friends in the background.

They reached the shack, Duke let go of the two. Rand screamed at the top of his lungs as tears poured down his cheeks, Gor and Duke couldn’t say anything,

“I’LL FUCKING KILL THAT SON OF A BITCH NAIRON! AHHHHHHH!” He stood up and went over to Gor, “I need to fuse with you Gor”

“B-but!”

“No buts!” he slammed his fist into the wall making it collapse “I WILL fuse with you!”

“O-ok” Gor was about to start fusing when Duke interrupted

“Don’t! Nairon’s too strong, you could beat the most elite of SEC commodores, but Nairon would kill you in a second. Please! Don’t!”

“Duke, shut the fuck up! I’m killing him” A flashing light blinded Duke as The conglomerate of beings appeared in front of him, suddenly his shirt was wet. He looked down to see a knife in his throat and blood pouring out. Behind him stood Nairon.

“NAIRON!”

“Oh hey look it’s bitch squad, I’ll kill you like I do everyone!” He punched the air but his target flew into interstellar space, suddenly they were in the 5th heavenly dimension in front of Jormungand.

“You could be useful”...
