002-The beginning of the plot 2

When Jake arrived at his destination, he was surprised to find the royal army at the place and the soldiers who normally accompanied him dead. Faced with such a scenario, Jake asked the commander of the royal army what was going on.

"What's going on here? Why are my men dead? And more importantly, where is the princess?"

"Arrest this man he just claimed that the men who tried to kidnap the princess are under his command. This was the last evidence we needed."

At the command of the royal army commander the soldiers began to move to arrest Jake.

"Wait what's going on here I'm Jake Aldcrest lord of the Aldcrest fiefdom and Marquess of the Eyozosha Empire"

Faced with this sentence by Jake, the soldiers stopped and looked at their commander. When the commander saw this situation put a smile in his face and said with a smug expression.

"What happened here is that Mr. Marques tried to kidnap the second princess"

"And why would I do that?"

"Don't be naive, we already have proof that you are a vampire and intend to transform the princess into one so that she will obey you as your familiar and then force her to transform the royal family so that you can rule the empire legitimately. Afterwards you just have to kill the crown prince. You might as well give up your plan. It has already been discovered"

"I don't know where you got this theory, but I just have to prove that I'm not a vampire to prove my innocence, am I right?"

"Yes, you are right"

"Okay, then I will accompany you." Jake told the commander. "Peter, take over the Aldcrest fiefdom until I return"

"You don't need to worry brother"

"First of all, tell me where the princess is"

"The princess is in the royal palace along with the royal family, or he thinks we would bring her as lure"

Faced with this answer Jake breathes a sigh of relief because the princess was safe, but at the same time he was upset. After all he was not a vampire, his most loyal men are dead and from the conversation he had with this commander whatever he did would put him in trouble.

After that, the soldiers move again to arrest Jake. He was then transported to the royal capital, where he would stand trial for his crimes. Jake did not resist his capture nor did he try to flee despite his strength. It wouldn't be this band of soldiers or the commander that would stop him; he was a specialist class swordsman after all.

When Jake arrived at the capital, he was immediately introduced to the king and the Supreme Court where he would be tried for his crimes. The crimes Jake was accused of were being a vampire, trying to kidnap the second princess, trying to turn the royal family into vampires to be his puppets, and trying to usurp the throne by killing the crown prince. The crimes would be tried in that order as that was how they happened or would have happened if the royal family had not managed to put an end to them.
