Akene is walking outside. She goes behind the houses they sleep in, sits down in the tall grass, closes her eyes and does that same thing with her hands. Trying to connect with her homeland.

Sei in his lab, looking out the window at Akane sitting in the grass.

SEI: She sure is special.

PERL: You’re right sir.

Sei turns around and on top of the table is a 3D projection of Akane.

PERL: As we already knew they have special ears and eyes. Actually with their eyes they can see a lot better in the dark than Ceanuses. Same goes for the hearing. Even their DNA is a bit different. It’s an element unknown to our kind.

SEI: Interesting... Can you research it?

PERL: I’ll try.

SEI: I’ll help you with it.

He sits by the computer and does his stuff.

Akane is trying to conect to Vulmone, but the connection is still blocked. All Akane can see and hear is people of Vulmone bowing before someone, blood splashing on the wall and she hears her sister’s evil laugh.

As she’s seeing this scenes she hears someone talkling.

SOMEONE: We can’t find her location... We can’t connect to her...

Then she opens her eyes.

AKANE: I can’t connect with them. Something’s not right.

She covers her face with hands, annoyed with everything. Then she stands up and heads to the training room. As she’s trying to enter the room she bumps into Taggi.

AKANE: Sorry.

TAGGI: No I’m s-sorry.

She tries to continue her way.

TAGGI: Are you headed to training room?

AKANE: A-a... yes.

TAGGI: Do you want to try something me and David have been working on?

Akane noods, so Taggi takes her to the room, he stops by the door and types something on the screen by the door.

TAGGI: What kind of fighters do you want to fight?

AKANE: U-umm I don’t know.

TAGGI: I’ll get you 6 fighters … all type.

Akane looks at Taggi wrist. They are covered in scars. Before she could ask Taggi opens the door.

TAGGI: You can choose your weapon and then go in the middle.

Akane nods and picks up a katana and goes in the middle of the room.

TAGGI: You’ll be fighting 6 animated people. It’ll be like a holodeck, so you can’t get hurt. The simulation will be over as soon you defeated everyone of them. Do you understand?

Akane noods and Taggi closes the door.

TAGGI: Than let’s start.

He types in the commands and it skips to Akane in the room. The room around her changes and a fighter apears. She defeats him it goes one the same with the other 6 fighters. Taggi opens the door and comes to her.

TAGGI: So how was it?

AKANE: It was cool... There’s just a little bit of a glich when you kill the fighter.

TAGGI: Oh, okay. I’ll tell David so we’ll fix it.

Akana puts down the katana and leaves the room.

AKANE: Good job.

Taggi tuches his scars on the wrist and smiles.
