“I’m sorry let me professionally introduce myself. My name is Dante Kitagawa, I came from Esvaria, and I’m a wandering hunter. It’s very nice to be acquainted with you”
“My name is Reiyala Tatamachi, I’m a fruit vendor for this little town known as Gotoshi, and I’m nineteen”
What she’s telling me is nothing new, her name, what she does, where we are, but, her age was a new one. This was the most interesting part, she was someone who did not look her age. Although beautiful and physically attractive, no one would guess the age of nineteen. It would be more accurate of a depiction to say twenty-two maybe? Somewhere around there, not being a bad thing necessarily though. This may prove critical to making an opening to ascertain more information.
“Let me guess, you dont believe I’m nineteen do you?”
An interesting approach, certainly out of nowhere too. I didn't make any difference to my facial expression or body language when she made her introduction, must just be some type of thing that girls get self-conscious about. The appropriate thing to do would be to give a flattering yet considerate response in this position.
“No, well, you caught me. You’re right Miss.Tatamachi, you dont look nineteen, to me, you actually look slightly older, maybe young twenties. I apologize if what I've said is offensive, you just look very mature for your age, it’s rather attractive.”
Immediately after my seductive comment, Miss. Tatamachi’s face turned a mixture of dark and light red, and when she finally after a few moments opened her mouth to respond to me her tone was hushed.
“You think so? People normally tell me that I look younger than my age, actually, it makes me a little nervous to tell people because I dont want them thinking of me as incompetent or juvenile.”
“Nonsense, you should embrace it, MIss. Tatamachi”
Replying in the same hushed tone as before she replied,
“Will you please call me Reiyala, we are on a date after all. It would be kind of awkward if you addressed me as formally as you've done so far”
“If that is what you wish, sure, Reiyala. You can call me Dante then”
