I could smell the spruces before I saw them. "Do you know how to chop firewood?" She looked at me with an inquisitive look. She had to be careful with the look because there are many men who take it for granted… She gave me the ax and a piece of firewood. She put it on a stump “Have let me show you how to do” She grabbed my hands “you have to spread your legs. Then you knew chopping past it does not hit you ”her hands were warm. 

a week became a month that became a year. we got closer. Our friendship grew stronger. I came and helped them with everyday tasks after school. I became friends with Snowflakes. The exams were there all of a sudden and then they were over too. My hotel was almost finished.
