Later in Sei’s lab.

SEI: So I’ve been thinking of what Mira told me that happened that day... when you started glowing and heat was coming out of your body.

AKANE: Yeah?

SEI: Well do you know why that happened? Is it normal for you?

AKANE: No I don’t know why that happened and I don’t know if any of my people poses powers like that.

SEI: Hmmm. Maybe it’s got to do something with your DNA. Perl?

PERL: It may be because of the unknown element in her DNA.

AKANE: I’m not quite sure, but when I was young I feel into a lake. The Lake of Elixir. It’s the same water that I healed Shiros hand with.

SEI: Could be.

PERL: Could you gave me a sample of that water, miss?

AKANE: Yes of course.

She reaches into her bag, takes out the bottle and gives it.

AKANE: And you can call me Akane.

Sei smiles.

PERL: Thank you, Akane.

Sei and Perl start researching and Akane looks around the lab. She sees something that looks like a portal.

AKANE: What’s that?

SEI: Oh it’s something I was working on, but it didn’t quite work.

AKANE: What is it supposed to be doing?

SEI: Hmmm, you could see the past of people you want to see... I wanted to find out what happened to my parents.

AKANE: Oh...

SEI: Well it didn’t work. I guess I’ll never know.

AKANE: I’m sure you’ll find out someday.

Sei smiles and something rings.

SEI: Well that’s rare.

He looks at one of the monitor and sees two people standing infront of the door. Seis face sudenlly turns serious.

SEI: Oh no.

He starts running to the main door, Akane following him. Taggi was at the door and was about to open the them.

SEI: No Taggi don’t open it!

TAGGI: Why?

SEI: It’s them.

Taggi stops, his body froze. Mira grabs his hand and takes him away. Sei opens the door.

SEI: Yes?

WOMAN: Hi. We’re looking for our son-

SEI: You’ve been here every year and it’s the same. He’s not here.

Sei wants to close the door, but the man stops him.

MAN: I know he is somewhere in this town.

SEI: We don’t know where your son is. I’ll kindly ask you to leave.

The man grabs Seis left hand wrist.

MAN: Where is he?!

Sei frezzes. He looks like he is going to pass out. Suddenly Akane comes, her eyes glowing again. She looked at the pair and said with a cold voice.

AKANE: Leave.

They look at her in shook, man realeses Seis hand and then they leave. Akane closes the door. Her eyes stopped glowing and she lookes at Sei.

SEI: T-thanks.
