011-Reforming the army

After Jake had awakened one of the rarest magical attributes, he was happy but he didn't have time to celebrate. After all Jake was a demon lord in the lands of humans with no army and no strength. To make matters worse Jake didn't know what part of the human lands he was in, so he asked the only person who could tell him.

"Lily, do you know what part of the world we are in?"

"I know we are in human territories, master"

Faced with this answer Jake just felt like face palming, that they were in human territories as he already knew otherwise the former owner of this body wouldn't have to fight against a group of adventurers.

"Lily, do you know what human territory we are in?"

"I'm sorry master, but Lily doesn't know what human territory we're in"

"Alright changing the subject, are there any army creatures near our location?"

Army creatures were creatures that didn't fit in as monsters, demons, or humanoid species. Monsters are part animal and part human like centaurs, vampires, harpies, among others. Monsters can control all animals of the same species. Vampires control bats; harpies control birds and so on. Most army creatures don't have any resemblance to humans or animals like goblins, slimes and others. They are called army creatures because they love war and obey whoever wins them in a fair fight of sheer power or numbers. After defeating the army creatures, they swear fealty and start fighting for the armies of those who defeated them. That's what Jake was betting on to build up his army's strength quickly.

"To that Lily knows the answer to the master, there is a tribe of goblins close to us"

"How far away from us?"

"About 8 kilometres to the west"

"Do you know how many goblins the tribe has, Lily?"

"I don't know the exact number, master, but I know there are more than 500"

"With our current troops we will not be able to defeat them, I will have to think of another plan. Lily, are there any other army creatures in the region?"

"Not that Lily knows, master"

"And are there any monsters near here?

"There are some gnolls"

"Gnolls are difficult to rule. Are there any other monsters in the region?"

"No, master"

"How far are the gnolls and how many are there?"

"The gnolls are about seven kilometres to the south and there are more than 450"

"How is it possible that there are so many gnolls and goblins in the same area? What have humans done?"

"Master this area belongs to the dragons and as long as there is no destruction of land they do not interfere in the fight. That's why the master said we should make a base here as dragons are not hostile to demons."

Jake had to admit that the former owner of this body was pretty smart. He first intended to learn to handle all weapons to know what his weaknesses were and to be able to have versatility in combat and now made his base in a neutral zone. In addition to being in a neutral zone, it was a zone where there would be no destruction of land preventing large and destructive attacks.
