Water, water has always been the most beautiful thing, at least for me.
As long as I can remember, the water and me have a deep conection that I can swear it goes way back before I was even born. Doesn't matter if it's hot, cold, the water that comes from the rain, or the one that comes from the drain, water that comes from a water bottle, or the water that comes from the early October's rain, I will always find it lovely and whenever I touch it, I feel it following, trying to enter inside my fingers, like if it was trying to become part of me while it whispers me the secrets of the earth.
When I was little I could always hear it when I went to swimming class at my school's pool every Tuesday, instead of following my teacher's exercises I used to submerge to hear it better, it told me lots of stories, funny and sad ones, we laughed and cried together; it told me how it hurt her to feel all the chlorine that it was being fed every day and how it made her happy to know how kids could learn how to live for a few moments inside it and how it felt like water was indispensable to every lising thing; I agreed.
I could stay there talking to the water for hours, even days; until one day, one of my teachers noticed that I hadn't gone to the surface to breath for more than 7 minutes she got worried and went inside to "rescue" me, I instantly said bye to water and it, with a sad movement, waved at me back, making its water swirl in a beautiful scene that made for me and it just lasted 3 seconds before my teacher got me out of the water.
All I could hear after were the voices of concerned adults and both my parents and brother waiting for me outside the infirmary.
The nurse attending me checked me and confirmed I didn't have anything wrong, neither water in my lungs or damage inside my ears, everything was mysteriously fine. She asked me how long I had been inside the water without breathing, to which I answered with the truth: The entire class.
She made the weirdest face I've ever seen and immediately contacted the doctor, the teacher's and my family inside. They talked for a few minutes and they concluded 3 things:
-I was alright, I had no damage
- I could no longer participate in swimming class due to my reckless behavior which could lead to other children doing the same
-And that I had a serious lying problem which made me clear the nurse hadn't believe me.
And I will always remember the mad teacher blaming it on my parents form this reckless behavior and what now surged to be a lying problem.
That day when I got home my mom told me that sometimes if I can do things others can't I shouldn't tell them because that could get me and my family in trouble.
Since that day 2 new things happened:
It was the last time I talked to water and I've been lying my whole life since then...
I woke up inside a cube filled with water, my whole body covered and once again I was able to speak with it, she made me remember what had happened that night at the party and how had it been since then, which were 7 days.
I looked around me, I'm also inside for what it looks like a government facility, full with screens and technology. After a few minutes of me regaining full conscience I realized I had no cloths on and I still had those power repressing handcuffs but being inside water makes me feel less tired and gives me somehow strength.
Then the same lady from before appeared in front of me, this time she wasn't holding a giant speaker or had this intimidating presence, now she was calm and she even transmitted me a sense of control and tranquility that it made me feels strangely safe. She had a weird outfit, kind of an intergalactic purple uniform made form a strange material I had never seen before.
Ater a few moments of staring at each other she spoke to me, but not uttering a single word, with his mind, I felt surprised cause I thought I was the only one I could do that...
- Haha, no Nathaniel, you are not the only one, I'm like you and your brother, I'm a Psychic and I'm not a human, in this world there are beings like you and me, we come from different planets escaping here from ours which we're being destroyed...But right now you don't need to know the whole story. - And what is coming?- I interrupted because the more I listened the more I didn't understand.
- Everything will come in the right time. Right now you should get out of here, your inner element can only protect you from dying for a few days. Without your ability in function you'll die.-She said with a severe deep voice.
- What?!-I said scared of what I had heard- Inner element? DIE!?

The woman looked at me and smiled as if I was a small child trying to run before walk.
-Okay, we should get you out first-The water cube opened and I said goodbye to water and stepped out, my body was suddenly covered with the same strange uniform, in my case it was blue, we started walking while we entered deeper into de OSCAP installations and I could start to see we were approaching to "civilization" as I heard voices of other people, but in the meantime we walked as she answered all of my questions, but I kept wearing my handcuffs, I gues it was just for precaution in case I tried to run or something, which in that moment I was most likely to do- and you were naked because that's for your inner element to protect you better. As I said before, the inner elements are things which we connect with and are basically part of us, they lend us their abilities and they can always be part of us even if our main abilities are restrained by other forces such as the handcuffs we put you before. Moreover, most beings like us their inner elements are things, but in rare cases, like yours, your inner element can be a natural element, and amongst them, the rares one is water, like yours, the more rare your inner element the strongest you are, the ones who posses one of the natural elements are the most powerful and the ones with water is the top and also DANGEROUS, that's also why we put you the handcuffs, we don't know what you are capable of, you don't even know. Great power comes with great responsibility and you are the first one we encounter with water inner element, so we'd like to be careful.
I convinced everyone at the organization that you were not evil, and mean no harm, we've been observing you since your parents died and everyone suggested we killed you.
When I heard all of this I could only do but swallow my anxiety and keep listening which was the best thing I could do at that moment, they considered me a threat and trying to run would only prove them right.
-Your home planet is..Was named Wavelion, before it being destroyed by the ultimate force which took all of the other planets, mine included, this was the strongest planet amongst not human realms; beings not only capable of doing what they want, but also manipulate reality to their liking without any of the universal rules breaking, power amongst power, and you whom posses the inner element of water we believe you are the son of the king: Ondreas.
- Wait, right now I have to say something-Athough I promised to myself not to interrupt to cause any commotion, I just had to say this because what she was saying, for me, it was unbelievable-are you telling me that my father who went to die to a creepy ass forest were Japanese folks go to end it all after my mom passed was somehow this super strong king of the most powerful realm in all of the universe?
-We are not sure yet but we believe those parents were only the vassals for you to come to this world. He could have only send you to be born there with that family for you to be safe of the final destruction and as the final survivor and heir of the Wavelion Empire, that could also explained why your mother died short after, carrying a child with tremendous power could've killed her.

When I heard Alexander a sudden relief possessed me whole, not even the greatest destruction of the universe could surpass the feeling I had in that moment: Alexander was alive and...Safe?

-Why not try natural elements, like me- I said.

I turned around and my eyes just went wide open when I saw it: Jonathan was inside a cube, same as me, but this cube wasn't filled with water, it was fire....
