ETHAN P.O.V:

Its been eight years since my adopted father, Edwin Asher rescued me.

He made sure to give my mother a proper send off, and took me as his son.

My father bought me to his house, where he, his wife and like me, five kids he adopted, living in the house.

My adopted parents didn't had the opportunity to have kids, so they adopted children like me, who went through some horrible things.

I had a new elder sister named Alice, and three elder brothers named, Roy, Ron, and Rock.

Big bro Roy and Big Bro Ron are twins and big bro Rock is the eldest of us all.

The house was placed inside the forests, and it was good to have such a cozy place than a cold street.

The house I grew up is very warm, with a fireplace burning on the wall, giving off a warm atmosphere. The decorations are very simple, but it can be considered as a complete set of tables, chairs and benches, with rooms on both sides, and stairs leading to the upper floor.

"Ethan!" My mother, Lara's voice resonated through the walls.

And yeah, my name is Ethan in this life by the way. Erhm...Ethan Asher.

As she she called me, my mother walked aside, and poured some cups of hot water that are kept in the dining table.

I have learnt a lot in these eight years. apparently, there is magic in this world and my father and mother are training us in magic and fighting.

Thank gods, I had mana. But, I don't know from whom I had inherited my mana from.

"Only Study hard and let yourself have the power to protect yourself and the weak, so that you can survive in the true sense!" Was the code that my father taught us since I was two.

...I had a code too, so I down to follow the man who rescued me.

So, with my past life's memories and techniques, I am training everyday. To become strong, in this continent.

As for now, "Boys! Go bath in the back yard, and you Alice will be comming with me! You all smell so bad with your trainings! Eww!" My mother said as she pulled Alice towards the bathroom. While, we guys smiled and went ahead towards the backyard.

"Hey! Ron! Carry Lil Eth with ya!"

"Huh! I will not! My shoulder hurt. Big bro Rock, you carry him!"

"Brothers, I can wlalk by myselv!" Damn that adorable stumbling mouth of mine.
