Ambrose had decided to have lunch outside, so he was busy placing a blanket on the grass and an umbrella to cover them.
“Rose?” Zielle called out
“I’m here Elle” Ambrose said casually but then he realized Zielle was going to walk towards his voice and there was a set of stairs in between “Zielle wait!”
It was too late, Zielle had already taken a couple steps so Ambrose rushed towards her and tackled her. They hit the floor and Ambrose quickly lifted himself by placing both his hands at each side of her face, they were so close they could feel each other’s breathing and upon realizing this Ambrose panicked and back away forgetting the stairs and falling backwards to the floor
“Ugh” His heart was beating so fast and he was blushing “No…get it together” He whispered to himself
“Rose are you okay?” Zielle said while slowly getting up
Ambrose started laughing in order to ignore his other feelings “I tackle you! ...That was so fun!” He got up and approached Zielle “Are you okay?”
She nodded “Yes, I’m okay”
He helped her up “I’m sorry, I just acted on impulse but at least you are okay”
He stared at her, he had been trying to figure out what the strange feeling that came and went was but he had been unsuccessful. It was a strange feeling, that made him feel all sorts of emotions at once, but the most prominent was the type of sadness that came when the thing you wanted is right in front of you but you still can’t reach it.
“Rose is everything alright?” Zielle tilted her head
“Yeah…yes…uh” He shook his head and smiled “Alright let’s have lunch!”
He helped her go down the stairs and led her to the place where the blanket was laid. He helped her sit and adjusted the umbrella, he then sat beside her and grabbed the basket.
“Alright, for today’s lunch we have…Chicken soup made by Lyra” Ambrose scooped the soup and then blow on it before giving it to Zielle “Is it good?”
“Yes, it’s delicious” She nodded “I like being outside, the sun feels nice”
“Well we can always have lunch like this, would that be okay with you?” Ambrose gave the bowl and spool to Zielle and she slowly started eating
“Yes, that would be amazing”
They both continued eating in a comfortable silence enjoying each other’s company and the sun’s warmth.

Ambrose had just taken a bath, and had gone out of the bathroom naked and entered the room without a care in the world when suddenly he froze. He turned to the bed where Zielle was sitting, he got so flustered that he slipped and fell on the wet floor. Zielle tilted her head
“Rose are you okay?”
Ambrose started laughing nervously “Yeah right, you can’t see me” He sat on the floor “You can’t see me…huh”
Even though Ambrose considered the option of staying naked he still felt that it was wrong so he put clothes on, the only thing is that he left his shirt unbuttoned.
“Alright Elle, I want you to start moving by yourself but in order for you to do that I need to make some changes” Ambrose stared at the stack of books in front of him before using a scarf to cover his eyes
After grabbing the books he slowly moved across the room, if he bumped into something he would put a book near or in the thing he hit. He repeated this until the books in his hands disappeared, he took off the scarf and looked around.
“Huh, there is a lot of things I need to move” He murmured
He started a trial and error until everything in the room was in a way where it would easier for Zielle to move. Honestly speaking he just put more space between the objects so it would be easier to move and not bump into them. He approached the bed and jumped on it.
“I’m so tired” Ambrose turned to look at Zielle who was still sitting and looking straight ahead “Elle, are you aware that you are a siren?”
“Yes, Eleanora told me” She pouted “But for some reason I don’t have magic”
Ambrose sat up “Maybe you do…it’s just dormant”
“It’s not that…I really don’t have magic” She cleared her throat “Don’t you worry my child and sleep peacefully, so tomorrow you wake up gleefully” She sang softly
Ambrose nodded, like every siren her voice was beautiful but like she said she lacked magic. He frowned, he was already aware that she wasn’t a normal siren based on her appearance but the lack of magic just made it weirder since sirens were one of the few being that possessed magic no matter what.
“Well it doesn’t matter anyways” He tugged gently one of her strands of hair
Zielle fidgeted with her fingers, and Ambrose on an attempt to lighten up the mood stood on the bed and made her stand too. She wobbled a little but quickly found her balance, Ambrose gave her a pillow
“Let’s have a pillow fight, whoever manages to take the other one down wins” Ambrose said jumping a little “Just swing the pillow around”
Zielle nodded and started swinging the pillow. They started hitting each other while laughing and moving, Ambrose would always move in front of Zielle to make it easier for her to hit him.
“This is fun!” Zielle said with a wide smile and the Ambrose hit her with the pillow making her wobble, she looked down “Ouch”
Ambrose worried approached her but before he could say anything she hit him with all her force while laughing. He lost his balance and fell on the bed sprawled out.
He sat up “You little cheater” He pulled Zielle down by her waist and started tickling her “This is punishment for cheating!”
Zielle couldn’t stop him no matter how hard she tried “Wait…Wait! Stop! I’m…I’m…sorry!”
Ambrose stop tickling her and sat on the bed, he smiled while looking at her trying to catch her breath
“I really mean it when I said that it doesn’t matter if you have magic or not”
“But if I had magic I would be able to help you” She sighed
Ambrose moved so he when he laid down, he could be beside her “There is something you can do”
“And what is that?”
“You can sing to me, so I can fall asleep, especially right now that I’m tired” He closed his eyes “I love your voice”
Zielle felt a tingling feeling that made her happy when hearing him say that so she cleared her throat.
“Don’t you worry my child and sleep peacefully, so tomorrow you wake up gleefully. The sun promised to rise beautifully…”
