After they all went their separate ways Luna went into the main hallway in search of the server room to get the mission over and done with. But to her luck she couldn't find it, so she entered one of the doors and saw Paris. 

Luna: so i see you couldn't find the room either 

Paris: yeah I couldn't find the room 

So they went to the main floor where everyone was talking and dancing. After a few minutes they walked over to a corner near a wall and noticed that everyone else in the room was looking at them in suspicion because they hadn't talked to a single sponsor that night or even a single hero there so Paris turned to Luna, leaned in and whispered to her. 

Paris: mariposa do you trust me 

Luna: yes(she says questioningly)  

Paris: ok because I have an idea but you need to follow my lead 

Luna: ok but what for 

Paris: I noticed that the people here are getting suspicious of us and I'm guessing it's because we haven't interacted with anyone so my idea is that we have to act as a couple so they stop staring 

Luna: i beg your pardon 

Paris: you literally said you trusted me no take backs 

Luna: fine 

Paris then moved closer to Luna, took her hand and together they talked and walked to the food stand. Surprisingly after that people stopped staring and shortly after Luna and Paris found the server room in the second hallway near the main hallway. And when they entered the server room they noticed a lot of boxes with wires connected so they split up and made their way to the end of the room, took the USB and then an alarm went off. They then ran out the room and ended up in a room 2 rooms down from the server room. And the moment they entered the room Luna handed Paris the USB which he put in his pocket. A few moments later both Luna and Paris were in a panic because they heard a rush of footsteps from the end of the hallway which was quickly coming closer to the room they were in. So in that moment Paris made a bold decision, pulling Luna to him by her waist and kissing her leaving Luna frozen with shock. But she kissed him back the moment the door opened leaving Paris confused and shocked. A few seconds later the people who opened the door left the room and Luna then pushed Paris away from her. 

Luna: what the hell was that 

Paris: obviously a cover up what else 

Luna: you could've at least given me a warning 

Paris: there wasn't enough time plus what's the big deal it was just a kiss nothing more 

Luna then angrily left the room leaving Paris alone in the room. 

Paris:(mutters to himself) it was just a kiss right

Meanwhile back with Luna everyone else seemed normal until Luna sees Ciara go up to the second floor and not even a minute later Ciara lets out the loudest, saddest war cry known to man. And within minutes of that scream the ambulance came to the building. And in the stretcher getting rolled into the ambulance Luna sees her mom covered in blood coming from her mom's back. And when Luna looked over at Ciara who was staring at her in anger as if Luna killed her mom. But after that the gala ended and everyone met outside the van and Luna noticed the shine of the silver accents on the villain boss's tux but decided to not think much of it and entered the van with the rest of the group. And when the boss finally entered the van Paris handed him the USB that he had in his pocket which the boss took and placed in his own pocket. When the van left the gala they all quickly made it to the base and went to their separate fitting rooms and left the base to go to where they call home.
