-Kate's pov-

I woke up to Peyton calling me from her room. The first thought I had was, this is the first weekend I will be sharing custody of Peyton. I walked into her room and put her in an outfit. the shirt said ' mommy's baby girl' and a pair of black leggings and her converse. I did her hair in the tiniest pigtails I've ever seen. I fed her while I cleaned up a bit. Then I put her in her play pin, so that I could get ready for the day. I went to the bathroom to straighten my hair, then do my makeup. Once I finished getting ready, i went to my room to get dressed, then I got a text from Ethan.

Ethan Laney-

Hey, I'm at my house, whenever your ready.

1847 stonebrooke drive.

Kate-

Okay, do I need to bring anything?

Ethan Laney-

diapers and her bottle. I set up a kinda nursery. Oh, but can you help me set up this crib when you get here? And I bought her formula so I don't need it.

Kate-

Yeah, sure I don't have anything else to do:) & okay, I'll see you soon.

I grabbed Pey and all of her things. I had packed her for the weekend. Then I grabbed my purse, keys, and phone. I put Peyton in the back, in her car seat. I typed in Ethan's address and he was only 10 minutes away. I got there and saw all the baby boxes outside. He really set up a nursery. I pulled into the driveway, I got out and took out the whole car seat with Pey still in it because he would most likely need it. I knocked and heard a faint, 'come in.' I walked in, and saw Ethan trying to put the crib together.

"Hey!" I smiled.

"Hey. What's up." He laughed. "So her room is the first room on the right up the stairs. I'll meet you up there. I have to get more stuff for her room in the garage." He explained.

"Okay." I said and walked up there. It was so cute, it was a pink room and on the side where Peyton's crib would be, there was pink butterfly wallpaper and her name spelled out with pink letters. He had a dresser and closet full of clothes and he had a toy box full of toys. He walked upstairs and smiled at me.

"Do you mind if Andrea comes over?" He asked. I've heard she's super nice, I thought to myself.

"Not at all." I smiled back. He pulled out his phone, to tell her to head over. She got there within 5 minutes, guessing she lives not that far away. We went downstairs, to meet with her.

"Hi, I'm Andrea!" She said with a smile.

"Hi, I'm Kate!" I returned a smile.

"So your Kate? And Peyton's your daughter?" She asked.

"Yes."

"That's cool, ya know being a teen mom and all, it's really tough, my sister was one." She said, folding boxes.

"Yeah, it's not easy at all, financially or emotionally. But, I wouldn't trade her for anything, she's my baby." I said, smiling at the thought of her.

"Is she here? I'd love to meet her?" She asked. She's so nice, now I feel even worse for making out with Ethan.

"Yeah, she's over there in her car seat." I pointed.

"Awe I caught her at a good time, she just woke up!" She laughed.

"wanna feed her?" I asked.

"Sure!" Andrea smiled. I got her some baby food and her spoon and left her to feed her. I went out to the garage, where Ethan was breaking down some of the boxes.

"Are you going to tell her?" I asked.

"tell her what?" He asked. "that we kissed?"

" Yeah what else? 'the sky's blue Andrea!' " I half yelled in a whisper. He stood up and walked towards me. I gulped.

"I don't like it when you yell at me." He smirked a few inches from my lips. My breath was very unsteady and I started to shake. He is so hot and he makes me tense. I don't know ANYONE who makes me feel like this, but Ethan.

"I'm sorry." I say.

"Babe, me and Andrea aren't even dating, we are just talking, we used to date but we don't anymore. I will always want you." He said, looking into my eyes. Ethan walked over to the door to make Andrea wouldn't come out, because next thing I know he's kissing me. I began to kiss back. He picked me up and sat me down on the tool bench, without breaking the kiss. I ran my hands through his hair, he pulled me closer as it was starting to get intense. He started to kiss down my next, then I pulled away.

"I still love you." He looked at me seriously.

"I love you too, Ethan." I kissed him and got off the tool bench. "Do you love Andrea?" I asked.

"I used to, a lot, but she could never replace my love for you. I love you on much higher levels." He smiled.

"Ethan, if I were in her shoes, I would want to know.." I looked down.

"I'll go tell her." He smiled a little and walked in. It was about 15 minutes later. Then the door opened and Andrea stood there, looking a mess. But, she smiled.

"I knew it was you. I'm not mad, I love Ethan enough to let him be happy with his family. I loved him enough to deal with his broken heart, a heart I didn't break. I love Ethan enough to let him be with girl he's truly in love with, because I know it'll always be you. Every night he stayed up balling his eyes out. It was for you. All the depression I had to deal with was from you and I'm so in love with Ethan, I'll do it all over again. But, your his true love. His heart is all you and I'm sorry I got in the way." She said and cried harder. I went over and hugged her tight.

"Andrea, one day you'll find your forever.

" I'll never be happy without Ethan, but he'll never be human without you." She said and walked away. She got in her car and drove away. I walked inside. Ethan was playing with Peyton, and I just sat and watched my world within 2 people.
