-3 Months Later-

-Kate's pov-

It's 6am on a Saturday, and as I'm sleeping. Peyton climbs onto my bed, then begins to jump on me. She begins screaming, "Happy Birthday To Me!" Yes, today is the day, Peyton's 2nd Birthday. This year we decided to have her birthday at Mama Laney's house. Everyone is going to be there; family and friends. But, I haven't been feeling well lately, and today I'm a week late for my period. So, I got Peyton dressed and ready for the day. We went to the store to get a few things we needed for the party. While we were there, I decided to grab a pregnancy test. Once I got everything we needed, we checked out and went home. Once we got home, I put on a show for Peyton to watch, so that I could get everything ready. Once I put the groceries away, I went to the bathroom, to take the test. Once five minutes had past, it was time to check the results. I picked up the stick nervously, flipped it over and read the results. 'PREGNAT' All I could think to myself was, what am I going to do? It didn't really go as well the first time, and today is also Pey's big day. Maybe I should tell him later tonight, or even tomorrow. I don't know, I need to go to Mama Laney's house, she'll know what to do. I grab Pey and get her in the car, and we head off to grandma's. Once we pull into the drive, I get Peyton out, and the things for the party. We entered the house and I walked to the kitchen, where Mama Laney was. I was so nervous but, I had to tell her..

"Can I tell you something?" I said nervously to Mama Laney.

"Yes hi dear, what is it?" she said with a concerned look on her face.

"I'm pregnant.." Mama Laney stood there in shock, she began to smile.

"That's awesome! Have you told Ethan yet?" 

"No, not yet." I said, looking down.

"Oh, why not?"

"I don't really know how to tell him. As how it turned out the first time, I never really told him. He found out on his own. I just don't know a good way to tell him. Plus, today is Pey's day, and I want all the attention for her today."

"Well, try not to stress out to much. It's Pey's special day. Just think about this now, and we can talk about this more later. We'll figure out a way to tell him together." she said, giving me a hug.

"Alright, Thank you so much, I love you mama, just please don't say anything about this to anyone. I don't need him finding out from someone else, that won't be good."

"I won't, hun, let's get going on Pey's cake, it's not going to make itself."

Once we finished up with the cake, we washed up and headed towards the living room, and on our way, we bumped into Andrea.

"Hi Andrea, nice to see you." Mama Laney said to her as she made her way to the living room."Hi, nice to see you too." Andrea said back. Once Mama Laney went to the living room to play with Pey, Andrea pulled me to the kitchen.

"So you're pregnant and still haven't told Ethan." My eyes began to widen.

"I'm going to tell him, I just don't know how I'm going to."

"Well you didn't have a hard time telling his mom." she said crossing her arms.

"I was going to ask her for advice because I just don't know how to tell him, but she said not to stress about it now because it's Peyton's special day."

"You know Ethan is going to be mad because he wasn't the first to know. I mean it's not like you care anyways." she said, rolling her eyes.

"What do you mean by I don't care, I do care." I said, now crossing my arms.

"I mean Ethan didn't even know about Peyton for a year, and you still weren't the one to tell him. He found out on his own."

"I know and I felt terrible about it."

"And then you just up and left him, you broke his heart. He thought he did something wrong, but all along it was just you."

"Can you just stop being so god damn negative? We forgave each other and we both agreed to forget about the whole thing and just live our lives. Just please don't tell anyone about this, I'm going to be the one to tell him."

"Whatever." she said, walking away. Once she left, I walked over to Mama Laney and I began to ice the cake.

-Andrea's POV-

'I can't believe this' I said to myself. I went out back, to where the party was. Where I saw Justin, at the snack table, of course. I walked over to him with a smirk on my face, all I could think about was how much she hurt Ethan. I was there for him, I helped him from that heart break. And this is the thanks I get, 'You'll find your forever one day'. I know that was 3 months ago, but, I still can't believe she had the nerve to say that.

"Hey." I said, approaching Justin.

"Hey girl, what's up?" He said, holding a juice box.

"Not much, what about you?"

"Just enjoying this juice box." he said with a chuckle.

"Oh sounds fun." I laughed.

"So whats going on?" he said, sipping his juice.

"Did you hear that Ethan and Kate are going to have another baby?" He stopped sipping his juice.

"Are you serious? And he didn't tell me! I need to find him and congratulate him."

"Well, I see him over there pushing Pey on the swing."

"Alright, hold my juice box." he handed me his juice and ran over to Ethan. All I could think was, Ethan was going to be so shocked to find out this, and mainly because it wasn't Kate who told him.

-Ethan's pov-

As I'm pushing Pey on the swing, I see out of the corner of my eye Justin running towards me.

"Woah man why the rush, are you that happy to see me?" I said, laughing.

"Yah kinda, oh Happy Birthday Pey!" Justin said, giving Pey a hug.

"Well, why are you this happy to see me?"

"I wanted to congratulate you."

"For what?" I said, really confused.

"That Kate is pregnant." 

"Wait what?" I was even more confused.

"Wait, you didn't know?" Justin started to get confused as well.

"No I-" Justin cut me off.

"Oh look, they're bringing out the cake." Justin got distracted then ran over to everyone else. My jaw just dropped. Like is this serious, am I going to have anot-, I was pulled out of my thoughts.

"Can we go get cake?" Pey asked, pulling my hand.

"Yes, let's go get some cake."

"Yay!" Pey said with excitement.

After, we had cake and Pey opened her gifts, and everyone left not long after. I was hoping that Kate would tell me what was going on, but so far nothing was said. I decided to go talk to my mom and ask her what I should do. I headed up stairs to my mom's room. I knocked and she told me to come in.

"Hey mom, can I talk to you about something?" I said, rubbing the back of my head.

"Yes dear, what's going on?" she said, patting her bed.

"So I found out something and I don't know what to do."

"Oh, Kate finally told you, I'm so happy. You guys are going to be fine. Peyton turned out great. I'm sure baby will too."

"Wait What! She told you too?" I said, in complete shock.

"Wait, what didn't she tell you?" she said, with a confused look on her face.

"I found out from Justin, and now I have found out she told you and Justin. I should have been the first one to know this." I started to get frustrated.

"Well, I don't know why she told Justin, but she told me because she didn't know how to tell you."

"I need to talk to her, like now."

"Well, she is giving Pey a bath right now, so I think you should wait till Pey is in bed."

"I am going to wait till we're in the room. Hopefully she will tell me then."

"Alright, goodnight just don't stress to much about this to much. It's probably nothing like it seems."

"I'll try, goodnight." I said, walking out, shutting the door.

I went to the bathroom where Kate and Pey are.

"Hey girls." I said with a slight smile.

"Hi daadieee" Pey said, waving to me.

"I'm almost done with her, then we can put her to bed." Kate said to me.

"Alright, I'll go get her PJs and her bed ready." I walked over to Peyton's room. My mom had set up at her house for sleepovers and got everything she needed ready for bed. Then I see Kate walking in holding Pey wrapped in a towel.

"I so cold, buuurrr." Pey said to us, shivering.

"Well, let's get your jammies on and get you tucked into bed and then you will be warm."

After we finished putting Pey to bed, Kate and I finally went to my old room at my mom's. We decided to all just sleep here for the night. But, I was still waiting for Kate to tell me what the hell was going on.

"Hey babe I'm going to go take a quick shower." Kate said to me, grabbing her clothes.

"Alright, sounds good." Once she left the room, I got up and started to get ready for bed. 

*20 Mins Later*

We finally get into bed after a long night, and Kate still hasn't told me anything yet. I'm getting so annoyed about this.

 "Goodnight." Kate said, kissing my cheek.

"No" I said, sitting up.

"What do you mean no?" she slightly laughed.

"I know, and we're not going to bed till we talk about this." she had a confused look on her face.

"About what, what's going on?"

" What's going on? What's going on is that I found out that you're pregnant, but it wasn't you who told me", I said, really frustrated. She looked shocked.

"What the hell I told Andrea not to say an-?" I cut her off.

"Wait, what the fuck you told Andrea!?" I said, getting out of bed.

"I mean I didn't tell her intentionally, she over heard me telling your mom."

"You told my mom, Andrea and Justin, but you didn't tell me."

"Wait, I didn't tell Justin."

"It doesn't matter, I still wasn't the first one to know." I was so mad about all of this, I just got dressed, and left.

"Where are you going?" she asked. I just looked back at her and I left, slamming the door.
