Ethan's pov-

"Ethan", Kate said with a smirk. "Are you okay?"

"Yah I'm fine. I'm just shocked that we're having twins." I said with a smile. " I'm just happy that everything is alright."

After hours of waiting, Pey's CT Scan results came back, and there was nothing wrong with her, just that she just needed 3 stitches. Once she is all stitched up, we finally get to leave the hospital. We decided to go out and get ice cream before we went back to the house. Pey was so happy, it was like nothing even happened to her, she's a champ. When we finally got back home it was 8pm. Kate and I put Pey to bed. Once she is finally asleep, Kate and I head to bed as well. 

*6 Months Later*

-Kate's pov-

I woke up and I looked over at my phone at 3:23am. Damn, I then got out of bed and went downstairs to the kitchen. I open the fridge looking for something to eat, I grab the last cup of yogurt. As I'm eating my yogurt I see Ethan walking in. 

"There you are. I woke up and saw you weren't there. What's wrong?" Ethan asked, walking over to me.

"I can't sleep, my stomach is starting to hurt. I don't know if its contractions or not." I said, eating my yogurt.

"Alright, I'm going to go wake up my mom, she'll know what to do. Let's go to the couch. I want you to lay here and I'll be right back. Just try to relax.

-Ethan's pov-

We've been staying at my mom's, because we've been having a little bug problem. So, we're having the house bombed to get rid of them. Anyway, I got up to my mom's room and tried to wake her up. "Mom wake up, its serious."

" What's wrong?" She said, looking at the time. "Its 3 in the morning."

"Kate might be hav-" in the middle of my sentence Kate just started to scream.

"That's what's wrong!" My mom and I ran downstairs to Kate.

"MY WATER BROKE, IT WAS DEFINITELY CONTRACTIONS!!" 

"Alright, we have to get you to the hospital now!" I said, running towards her.

"I'll stay here with Pey, text me or call when you get any updates." Mama Laney told us. Once we grabbed everything that we needed to take to the hospital, we rushed to the car, then to the hospital. Once we finally are in the room and set up, the Dr walks in.

"Hello, Im Dr. Larner." he said, reaching out shaking my hand. " I'm just going to take a look and see what's going on."......"Alright Kate, you are 10cm dilated. We're going to get ready to start pushing."

"Can I get an Epidural?" Kate desperately asked for.

"Sorry, but its to late for that." The Dr lifts up her legs. 

"Are you ready?" I asked Kate, grabbing her hand.

"Yes." Once she started to push, she started to squeeze my hand harder and harder. 10minutes of pushing go by.

"It's a boy." The Dr said, handing the first baby to the nurse. After four more big pushes, "It's another boy." The Dr said, handing him the other nurse. Kate and I looked at each other.

"Boys." She said and smiled at me.

" What were you thinking for the names?" The nurse asked. 

" Liem and Matthew Laney." Kate said. I walked over to the nurse.

"This little guy is going to be Liem." I smiled, rubbing his head.

"Liem is 7lbs 2oz and 20inch." the nurse said wrapping him up like a burrito. After she finished, she walked Liem over to Kate and gave him to her. She then walks back over to me. "So this little guy is Matthew. He is 6lbs 3oz and 19inch." She wrapped him up like a burrito as well. Once she finished, she handed him to me. I walked over to Kate.

"I love you so much." Kate said, giving me a kiss.

"I love you too." Everyone left the room and it was the four of us. We smiled at each other, then looking down at the babies, they were soundly asleep. "You know, they kind of look like burritos." I said jokingly, of course.

"Seriously Ethan," she said, laughing. After a little bit more of holding them, I put them in the cribs that the nurses rolled in here for us. Once they were in the cribs tucked in, I went back and laid in the bed with Kate. Then there was a knock at the door.

"Go get it, it's probably your mom and Pey." Kate insisted. I got up and went to open the door.

"Well, it's not them."

"Then who is it?"
