I've started writing quite a few stories in the past but something I really struggle with is dialogue. I have a hard time making different characters sound different. I have very specific ideas for how I want their personalities to be - but I struggle with actually conveying that in my writing.

So I'm currently trying to rework this series a little bit without having to completely start it over because I love these characters and I want to do a good job telling their story. But I'm really having a hard time with it. In the meantime, I've actually been working on other stories to somewhat "practice" dialogue and making a character's personality shine through without being obnoxious.

I'm currently working on one that just started as practice and has turned into something I genuinely love - and I'm probably going to be posting it to Tapas soon.

I'm really thankful for the 20+ subscribers I have for this story and the people who have said kind words and liked the chapters. This story has definitely not been forgotten, but it's needing a little extra love before I can continue posting it.
