I keep looking up at the clock and crossing my fingers that bell will ring soon. I guess a watch pot never boils because Period 5 seems to be happening extra slowly. My ears per up when I get an "illigal" text from Jonathan he asked:

Jonahtan: hey, what is the math hw?

(did I mention we are lab partners?)

Me: idk man, wasn't listening either

Jonathan: it never is

(akward silence)

Me: Do you want to come over?

Jonathan: I'm grounded. don't ask

Jonathan: I tryed to take the car out and totaled it I have a small scar

Me: ouch. Do your parents feel bad enough about your scar to unground you?

Jonathan: Well, they DID a week ago

After a few more minutes of talking like this I hear our teacher dissmiss the class.

When I get to the lunch room, I see two of my track buddies standing in front of... Is that Noah? they seem to be lauging about something but I can't figure out what when I get closer and they see me and say "Asher! sissy boy likes you!" What. The. Fuck. "what?" i say. I feel bad. Noah is really embrassed. One of them shoves him. hard.

Now, I'm no ani-bullying acivist but this is little to much. I elbow both of them and say" Guys, cut it out. I'm serious"
