The former council consisting of all the 13 kingdoms’ rulers fell apart due to an argument ending in a fight but now suddenly the head of all kingdoms- The Peacock Empress- has decided to re-establish the council with the younger generation in hopes to strengthen the relationships between the kingdoms. Unfortunately the prejudiced nature of some and their busy schedules prevent them from joining so as the group tries to scout the other rulers to join they might stumble across the answer to what really happened when the first council fell.
