Dearest Marsha,

I was absolutely delighted to have received your letter.  Those years in our youth are some of the best parts of my life.

I am extremely grateful for your support, and I would love to have tea when I get back!

That reminds me! I really must introduce you to my friend Adrian! He’s quite interested in literature, and I feel like that would meld splendidly with your interest in poetry.

I hope to see you upon my return.
