They were in the gated open backyard; the back had a pool and garden of red, purple, and pink roses. Akito was on a marble patio; he sat on a beautiful white chair. Next to him was a small table where tea and cake; he sat with a book as he read a book from this world about the beast-man will. Anahita was in the pool playing with the water in the air. It was a quilt and real peaceful in away.
"Hey, guys, come see what I did!" Maya called out else were in the garden that they couldn't see.
Akito closed the book he was reading and sat it aside; he walked to Maya as Anahita got out of the water and walked up next to him.
"What do you think she made this time? Oh, I hope it's the car." Anahita inquired existed to see what Maya may have made.
"Why, it's not like you can drive," Akito remarked, giving a sly smirk.
"Hey! Will what do you think she made then." Anahita says, rolling her eyes.
"I don't know; hopefully, something useful like a camera," Akito says, thoughtful fixing his glass.
"Oh, yeah, like a camera would be so useful." Anahita sarcastically replied, but before Akito could say anything but froze at what Maya had made.
"Yeah, want to bit." He said with a sly smirk.
"Challenges expatiated." She says she is doing the same.
In front of them were three different cars. Akito showed dissonance and loss while Anahita gave him a knowing smile.
"So I bet you wondering why the cars?" Maya started as she walked around and stood in front of the first car.
"You were seeing how your crating could go with little knowledge you have on said object then moving on guessing then getting into knowing its intercede," Akito said, almost explaining what she was getting at what so was doing.
"Sign yes, Akito, that was what I was about to say." Maya snapped, fusing that he had to just show off and take her dramatic speech.
"Sorry." Akito apologized for his mistake.
"Anyway, the first car is something I saw and made out mush thought to it Anahita start the car," Maya ordered, tossing her the car keys.
"What me?! But I can't drive!" She exclaimed, worried since she had never driven a car before.
"Don't worry, you're not; you're just going to start the car up, not going anywhere," Maya says, rolling her eyes.
Anahita signed as she took the driver's door and started the car but noting she tried out again but nothing. Akito wants to check under the hood to find nothing.
"Uh, Maya, there's nothing in here," Akito says, confused.
"Yeah, well, I don't know much about cars, so that first one is missing things," Maya says, looking away and rubbing her head.
"Anahita, try the good car now. Now this one, I took my time but not quite right." Maya says, shanghaiing to the other car.
Anahita dose the same it started, but it didn't sound right; the car made this odd sound, and the car would seem to hick up when the vehicle was running. She turned off the car at how much it was moving and the fumes it was making. Akito checked the hoodie and saw that everything looked alright, so he didn't understand what was wrong and looked to Maya for the answer.
"Yeah, well, I got all the parts from what I had about the car to run, but the engine and thing were more compiled than I thought," Maya says as she explains that it's not perfect and that there were missing parts but still runs and could drive just won't go as smoothly.
"So the final car." Akito trailed off as he turned to the final car Anahita hip in and started, and the car ran great.
"Yes, after many hours of studying, looking through how everything works and what needs to be done. Then finally, I made the right car." Maya says tiredly at how much work is needed for this.
"Will it looks great? You did amazing." Anahita spoke, trying to cheer her, who held a dark area.
"Yeah, well, we don't need them, so..." Maya said with one move meant of her hand and turned the car into tables with chairs to go with it.
"Aaaaahh, why did you do that?" Anahita inquired, a little upset about it.
"We can't drive, and theirs no road where we could dive on. Besides the fact that you two don't have a driving permit." Maya says as she gives them a sly smirk.
"You have a point," Akito says, nodding in agreement.
"Yeah, well, don't have to rub it on in." Anahita pouted as they laughed at how cute it was for her to be mad.
"But enough about me, what about you guys? How're your powers going," Maya replied, seeing how they also have been working on their own powers.
"Yeah, I've been working on this," Anahita says as she runs to the pool with them following suit.
Anahita found that so was in town to the ocean and could breathe under and move with ease and bound and carry the water. She just started to control the water; she had trouble with it, but she learned to drive it in the air and shape it. So that was what Anahita showed off what she knew, so she walked on the and closed her eyes and costarred slowly she lifted her arms doing so pull the water with it. With a deep breath, she began to move in this kind of ballroom dance; moving her arms in this elegant motion with each hand move meant water would come up and dance in the air. She found that dancing made carrying water quickly as she danced on the water in the air flat high in the sky; then, when her dancing ended, the water dropped down in ran drops making a rainbow. Maya and Akito clapped at the beautiful dancing and power she had shown.
"That was amazing, Anahita." Maya cheered happily to see her be enjoying it.
"A bit dramatic, but you've gotten better," Akito added, earning an elbow from Maya.
"Thanks! I don't know how but I was just dancing by myself, and then everything just came tougher." Anahita says as she walks back to them, pulling and playing with the water for a moment and doping it back down.
"So what about you. You've been doing a lot of reading; what did you learn." Maya says painting him the back to see what he's been up to; she had the feeling it was something he's been reading.
"Will, after our first day here, I learned this world leagues, as will other things." Akito started making his way back to he was reading.
"Already damn, I'm still on ABC; you can already understand it," Maya replied.
"I still can't understand any of it. My head still hurts just thinking about it." Anahita complains, rubbing her head just thinking about it.
This world's language is something they have seen before so having to learn a new language is so fun. This word's language was something we never had of cause heard of. Why wouldn't it be another world if you didn't understand it? But besides that, so far, Akito already understands it and could speak it too, and not just that he thinks faster too, like a supercomputer. He already knows swordplay spit never holding have said was kind of cool. We sat on the ding table outside, took a sip of the tea, and thought about making a soda cause tea was nice, but I was more of a soda gal. As we sat in silence, I looked through my phone mustily out of habit, trying to keep my mind off the nightmares I had been having. It's all the same thing running, fire, then waking up in a cold sweat. After that, I couldn't go back to sleep and sometimes woke them up, and they comforted me; it helped but still... Anyway, things have been peaceful so far, and that's what's worrying me. It could be me who always lived on ego and waited for something to happen. Just as that thought came to mind, all our phones went off from the game that has been quit now ring with a quest it said...
'Your followers have arrived, and more time to greet.'
"What?!" They say in ursine in shock.
Then they pulled up a map on their phones with a timer on it four hours to get there; they looked at each other, unsure what to do.
"Do you think we should go," Anahita says with a severe expression?
"You can't be serious!" Maya exclaims, giving her a 'are you kidding me? Look.
"Wi..ll it says we need to go there so..." She trails off, making an innocent expression as she messes with her fingers.
"So you thought going to this location with no idea what it could be a trap, and you just want to follow it," Akito says inquisitively, annoyed.
"I know, but I just get this feeling that we need to be there, and besides, who knows what will happen if we don't? It could be worse," Anahita explains as she looks down, a deep frown on her face.
Anahita was right; they had no idea what would happen to us if they didn't complete this, and it would be a lie if they weren't curious about it. Maya let out a heavy sign.
"Fine, but we're not going their bind-sided." Maya got up to get something that she had for just this situation.
"Really," Anahita parked up.
"I thought this was the poetically that the master behind this game would give us something like this," Akito says, pushing up his glass.
"Yeah, me as well, but damn didn't think I'll be ready for it," Maya swore, coming with some new clothes for them to wear.
They put on the new clothes. Maya wears a simple comer male fancy with white overshirt with a light brown vast that match with the pants then boots she wears long cloak just in case she needed to hide. She had her guns two as well, just in patience Anahita wore a plain dress that you would see comer wear on an outing with her shoes as for Akito wore somewhat the same as Maya besides cloak and gun had a sword seeing he read up sword fighting that put those who learned the art for seeming out class. Maya wanted to give Anahita a weapon that would protect herself, but Anahita couldn't shoot or use a sword; she thought of the next best thing she made a magical wine that she could use of her already power inside herself to move it with ease. So off they want to go off the map they were given and saw that a red dot was moving so want ahead so they can meet whoever they are would see them coming. They came to a stop at the border of the frost to the open field with a pathway. Nothing happened as they waited for whoever they were to come; that was until they heard the sound of the horse hooves and the coast walls and voices telling them to hurry came up ahead and what they saw made their smokes drop.
Man who seemed to be knights on houses with them four cage carriage total enslaved people that they push as many as they can in there leaving very little room for them to sit alone to move around. Then some had to walk with bare feet as the chains rattled as the caller around their neck, waist, and ankle talk small steps to lessen the pain of it cutting their skin. They moved slowly from what days of walking on the unforgiving road, a woman who seemed to have been caring for her son, who looked the be ten, fell over from exhaustion which was quickly responded by one of the knights wiping her to stand and keep walk. That really made Maya blood bowled will her looked on with disgusted looks but looked on, not really sure what to do will for her eyes burn hate for knights; never in her wielded dream she would in this spot her slaver was okay but seeing it really hit home for her. Draw her weapon when they heard the child fall who was ahead, making everyone stop so as not to step on her back, did please the knights.
"Hey, get up now! We to get a move on!" Yelled what looked like the caption since he wears a bit more than the other knights; he cracks the wipe on her back she let outcry as she got to her knees but getting up instant interlocking her figures together in this praying mashing muttering something under her breath.
This infuriated him; who did this child think she was to ignore the caption of this flit in front of the other knight to pray in some pathetic way? Defiance, out of range, hit them a few more times as the people in chain wanes with each stick as he ready for anther shtick is when the spoke out will more like yelled to the sky above.
"If there are gods that can hear me, please save us!" She called out as she looked up to the sky, hoping that her voice reached the heavens.
"That it you litt-" He was cut off by the loud sound of the bag as his arm that held the wipe fell as he had his hand as it bled; he was confused. 'What was that magic? But from where?' The caption thought looked around for the salient.
"You know I always wonder why the main lead took so long to do something before it got worse," Maya spoke, who seemed to have teleported in front of the knights, cold with this icy anger. "I guess you it was the ostrich effect." Raising her gun, her hair was already pulled back and not in the way.
"A dark elf?" One of the knights thought out loud.
"No, the ears are too short, maybe half?" Spoke another point out.
"Aaaa, it doesn't matter; take down that witch." Order the caption in rage as he glared at the one who dared go against him alone and wound him.
"I also think that if they did step in, they would need to be ready to take a human life after all..." She fired, killing two knights and hitting a few of their houses; the two fell at their feet, dead as house fall as will not dead but diffidently hurt though. "...Is scarier than any monster you kill."
