Character description:

Amalia is a strong and intelligent character as well as a perfectionist and a strategist who is usually stern and serious. She has quite a soft spot for kids, though, and likes to show off her inventions so they might be inspired as she once was. She prefer's a trenchcoat over a proper workshop atire as she is often times on the move (for various reasons) and it's similar to a labcoat. The coat is also a perfect place to store inventions that she may need.

Because of her upbringing, she hates not being in control of a situation, so she carefully plans out each step and takes into account any factors that may affect the situation. Being a perfectionist, she finds herself spending days if not weeks on small details about her inventions and will oftentimes scrap many revisions, leaving a huge pile of crumpled paper and blueprints by her side. She is the focal point of the team she is on and people often notice that she has a regal air about her despite her appearances.

Character design:

Pioneer of the new age: I made this path with dual meanings. First, as most of you can tell, she is a inventor. Her inventions will be far more creative and advanced than any other technologies in Ethra. She will help jumpstart a new age of technology in Ethra. The techtalium stored in the vials on her arm plays a pivotal role in her inventions as well.

The second: I made her path with the intention that she will be a strong female character- One who will challenge the male dominated society of Ethra, a similar society to the 20th century United states. Thus, quite literally "The Pioneer of the new age."

We decided to make her hair the color my friend says is "maroon" (I grew up only having a 12 pack of crayons so I refered to it as "red".) Also, we added in the blue vials and fluttering straps as we both agreed the back was a bit too bare, originally, we planned on adding a sort of one sided utility belt, but it didn't really seem to fit.

Amalia also has a few hidden secrets throughout the short stories and the upcoming novel, and we will see her progress as she can come to terms about what happened in her past that drove her to join the Remnant King in his quest to liberate all remnants.
