Sam

“We’re you mates” I stared at the two men hugging me.

“Y-you won’t hurt me right?” They both looked at me shocked and hugged me tighter.

“Never” they both said in unison. I started crying again but this time it was happy tears. I finally have someone to love me. I hugged both of them back tightly and we stayed like that on the floor for a while until I calmed down and finally stopped crying.

“You don't work for h-him , right?” They both shook their heads and stood up lifting me off the floor. I smiled and wrapped my legs around one of the waists before snuggling into their scent. He smells like home, I thought softly before rubbing my face into his neck. 

“You know we never got your name” I turned to look at the man behind me and he smiled.

“S-sam” I whispered quietly before burying my face back into the other man's neck. The man holding me laughed and his chest vibrated. I grinned into his neck. His laughter is beautiful.

“Nice to meet you sam. Im Zero and that's Corey” he pointed to the man behind me. 

“Zero and Corey” I said, testing them out on my tongue, “Nice to meet you!” Zero hugged me tightly to his chest and kissed the top of my head.

“You to sam!” Corey was standing behind him beaming. He reached forward and pet my head. 

“We’ll take good care of you Sam” I smiled and nodded as he pulled his hand away. He beamed at me before suddenly swarving and staring at the door. All the color dropped from his face. “Oh no.” The door suddenly slammed open behind me and an angry middle aged woman walked into the room.

“Zero, Corey what do you think you're doing” she said coldly “he was just hurt and needs to rest!” She turned to me and smiled sweetly. “Nice to meet you, I'm Corey's mom!” I gave her a little wave and giggled. She waved back and turned away from me. She walked over to Corey and grabbing his ear and yanked on it.

“Ow, ow mom what are you do-ow”

She smiled at me, “see you later and take good care of my son, got it?” I nodded and she winked at me before walking out of the room. Zero chuckled and put me back down on the bed. He grabbed my hand and smiled softly.

“Sleep as much as you want Sam, Corey and I will be in our office. It's just across the hall, let us know if you need anything ok?”

“Ok” He grinned at me and followed Corey and his mom out of the room before softly closing the door. I snuggled back into the bed and sighed. Is it really ok for me to be this happy? I pulled the covers over my body and smushed my face into the pillows. It's great  having people to take care of me. But what if they dont like me? Will they leave me? Negative thoughts spiraled through my head. I sat up and clapped my hands onto both sides of my face. No negative thoughts! I slowly settled back into the bed and fell asleep.

Zero

I stepped out of the room and watched as Corey was dragged away. I smiled and opened the door to my office. I haven't been here in awhile. I thought as I switched on the lights. I walked through the room and behind my desk. I pulled out my chair and sat down. All my papers are dusty. I grabbed a stack and blew the dust off them. The dust slowly settled in front of me. We need to get this room cleaned. I picked up the phone on the side of my desk and dialed in a number.

“Hello?”

“Hi Camren! Can you send someone down to clean me and Corey's office?”

“Sure Alpha Zero!” I put the phone down and looked at all the paperwork on my desk. A sigh escaped my mouth and I ran my hand over my face. This might take awhile.
