Rei pushed Alden and stared at him in horror.

"What do you mean with comatose?"

"What? I didn't say anything!"

The teenager Alden looked confused.

"Are you sure you're fine?"

Alden worriedly approached Rei and checked his forehead temperature.

"It's not warm. Are you shaken with the before incident?"

Alden hold Rei's hand.

"Don't worry, I'll give testament to the police that you are just trying to protect us from this alcoholic mad man. There's nothing will happen to you."

Alden reassured Rei.

Then Rei remembered the System.

'The System! Alden would be died on his 17th! He should do something!'

Rei became real panic.

'Something.. something to avoid that fate.'

In his panic state, he felt Alden's cold hand wrapped his cheeks.

"Don't worry."

Without him realizing it, streamed of tears flow from his eyes.

"Don't leave me.. please, don't. I'm sorry I wronged you. I shouldn't blame you for something that you have no power to change."

Seeing Rei in sear terror, Alden once again hugged him and gave comfort.

"Why would I leave you now? There.. there.. let's wait for your parents and everything will be alright. We will return to your house and you can have a good rest."

Then in less than 10 minutes, the door bell rung. Alden opened the door, while Rei was resting on Alden's bed.

He heard the commotion below, but he can only care less.

"I should do something to stop that thing to happen!"
