Goose stares at the sky through his office window. "If you're going to ask about the shield generator, we're working on it, and I'm not taking questions at this time."

"No, That's not what I came to do. During the mission, I snagged a file labled 'Priority', I haven't opened it, I figured you'd want to see it first." Tora responds.

Goose looks back surprised. "You got that? How?"

"They left it on the desk."

"How DUMB can they BE?! Here, give it to me."

Tora hands over the file.

Goose opens it, and lets Tora read as well.

Infact, I'll let you read the file as well, so you don't feel left out. 

Dydact Priority

The Priority Branch of Dydact is the smallest branch of their military, but the most deadly body of it. There are two separate types of Priority, Utmost Priority, and Absolute Priority. The Priority Branch is headed by General Genom.

Utmost Priority

Utmost Priority are very heavily armored, with a lot of weaponry, and suit AI. The Suit AI is perhaps the most curious part of an Utmost. Due to the fact that Absolute Priority lacks the Suit AI. The Suit AI was added for someone for Priority to interact with, a best friend perhaps. and for deeming whether a battle is winnable or not. Utmost Priority are mostly used for defensive maneuvers, and defending high targets.

 Absolute Priority

 Absolute Priority are heavily armored, with 3 main weapons. However it should be noted that Absolute Priority have less armor than an Utmost. The 3 main weapons of an Absolute, is a High Frequency Plasma Lined Titanium blade, or the HFPLT Blade. A Mark 17 Plasma Assault Rifle, or a M17 PAR. And they finally have a Mark 83 High Capacity Extended Barrel Sniper Rifle, or the M83 HCEBSR. Absolute Priority are mostly used for offense, small squads have been reported to be able to take down entire armies. Absolute Priority are commonly said to be more dangerous than Utmost Priority, however both Utmost and Absolute hold the same lethality rating.

Conclusion:

Within Dydact, becoming Priority is the final career step, you cannot be fired, or impeached, or demoted in any other way besides abdocation, the only way a superior can get rid of you is death. However, if you do not intend to become Priority, or worse, dislike Priority, avoid at any cost, however note that an Utmost's appearance means someone important is in the area, and should there be more than 10 Priority in one building, rest assured either Norman Wayne, Richard Wayne, or Head Scientist Gushovick are in the building. 

In my research, Priority have a muddled history, being developed by Gordon Wayne and Gushovick, but nothing else exists on the history of Priority.

Tora looks at the document, glancing over it. "...I've never heard of Absolute Priority."

"This document holds a metric ton of new information I do not have. However it is of no concern to me, as I'm not the one on the field. Take this to the other mercenaries. Show it to them. This is of concern to them." Goose says.

"Got it, oh, and uh, one more thing." Tora starts, while walking over to the window, looking down at the construction site below, on one of their ships. "The plan... Chances are, we're going to lose the ship we fly there, that's a lot of money and resources down the drain."

"Anything to take down The Dreaded Crown. Flagship of Dydact, Aging King's personal battleship. Tear it in two, and I promise you all a quadruple on all of your paychecks. You'll have the help of the NRG Cruiser don't forget. If you need it of course. Just make sure you hit Dydact where they won't forget, even if we do lose this round, they'll never forget that." President Goose states.

"Wait, wait, this round?" Tora asks.

"Not important. Go prepare. You set off soon." Goose says.

"No I don't."

"Well then do any of the other things I've asked you to do, there's been a lot and you still haven't left."

"Oh. Shit. Sorry sir, I'll be going. Thank you for having me." Tora takes the file, and exits President Goose's office.
