I wake up to my alarm going off. I get up and move my hair out of my face. I then walked over to my closet. 

   I open it and grab a shirt. It's white and Frankie Says Relax. I always laugh when I watch those episodes of friends. I then grab a pair of black shorts. I change and then walk up the stairs to the dining room.

    When I go up the stairs I can smell my dad’s famous eggs and bacon. 

         “ Morning sleepy head,” he says.

    “Morning dad”

       “Wow! Really wish you said something to me, dad," says Rose.

     " Oh, I'm sorry Rosey bear, I'll think of that next time."

        She rolls her eyes and continues eating her cereal. I'm not a person to judge but when you are eating cereal instead of my dad’s famous eggs and bacon I will consider it. 

   " So Rylee, tell me about Jace," he says.

      " Oh Robert, don't keep pushing her about that." a voice says. It's my mom’s.

        "Sally, I’ve only done that like three times," he says while he puts a plate of eggs, bacon, and toast in front of me. Then he grabs a glass and pours some OJ into it. He passes it to me. 

   Thank you, I mouthed to him.

  No problem, he mouths back.

     I start digging into my food. That's when my mom says “Manners please" in her glossy voice. I roll my eyes and try to act all ladylike and proper. I manage to get a laugh out of my sister

   After I finish breakfast I grab my keys and phone and walk out of the house.
