Even gasped for breath as she woke.."That nightmare.... again.... Mother", Even whispered to herself as she surveyed the room. She then remembered the ghost she saw and was suddenly scared. "It was all a dream", she said to herself to calm down...

The notification from the system said otherwise. Everything she saw before was real. Her stats was displayed and she saw she had gotten a new stat.

"There wasn't a spirit stat before", Even said whilst looking at the interface

Even held the rest of her comments as it looks as if the system was going to cry. Turning around she took a good look at the hospital ward. Even seemed to have come to terms with her new reality. The system was real. That meant the ghost she saw was real too. "So where is the.... where is the ghost?", Even asked the system carefully.

"Over here, though I'd prefer the term Wandering Spirit instead of Ghost..Ugh such a classless name", from her side, a bluish transparent man dressed in a Victorian style suit with a monocle and top hat to match said. "Apologies.. introductions is a must. I am Sir. Alfredo Vengeur of the Vengeur House of Sorcery", with a polite bow, the ghost, Alfredo, said.."G..g.. ghost...", Even stammered in fear at the sight of Alfredo. "Wandering Spirit...ugh... I'm not going to eat you. Besides you owe me thanks young lady", Alfredo said with a huff. "W..what do you mean?", Even asks. "Das es cagt nero..Meil wes ad notum...It means a tale forgotten lies buried only to be discovered ", Alfredo said with a proud smile on his face."When those hooligans cornered you,  I interfered and saved us ", he continued. Realization dawned on Even as she said, "It was you...You what did you do to me and what happened to those guys?".. Alfredo snickered and took of his monocle, wiping it with his handkerchief he said,"I entered a Soul Synergy with you and as for those guys...Well let's just say they were art materials, terrible ones at that". He wore his monocle, adjusted it properly and turned to look at the window. "We have a lot to do young lady, but first we need to deal with your fear. It's shameful for a Soul Sovereign to be afraid of souls...pft...how hilarious ", He said and turned to face Even. "Wait hold on, what's soul synergy and what the hell is a soul sovereign?..Hey answer me!", Even yelled as she tried to question Alfredo. "Your questions will be answered later but first we move. Destination.......a graveyard ", Alfredo said with a smile on his face and snapped his fingers. In a gust of wind, Even and Alfredo vanished from the room .

The door to the room opened and the doctor, Mais, entered the room... Looking at the tablet in his had he saw the footage of the room and saw Even talking to the empty space and disappearing after some time. Mais had a faint smile in his face as he said, "Interesting.. "
