'D-did you get any s-sleep last n-night?' I asked him quietly, still shaking.

'Not much, he whispered 'I kept hearing banging noises.' We all looked over toward Ollie.

'What!?' He innocently asked looking at us one by one.

'What were you doing last night?' My mum asked Ollie sharply

'I was practising my drums.' He answered truthfully

'Oh, nice.' Jackson whispered in his tired tone

'Couldn't you have used the music room?' I asked him sitting up from my position

'I tried it, but it was locked, so I technically had no other choice.' Ollie moaned. We all sighed as mum told Jackson to go back to sleep. I turned to Ollie, who was now sitting next to me,

'I thought you went to sleep?'

'I did but I couldn't sleep and I didn't really wanna wake you up so I just hit the road. I didn't think I would wake anyone up. Sorry.'

'Dude it's fine, as long as Jay's back in one piece we are TOTS cool.'

'Stop saying TOTS.'

'How about NO. TOTS.' Ollie may be my best friend but, he was also like a brother to me. He helped me out at school and even when my sister was ill and Jackson had one on a business trip. Every time, he's around he always finds a way to cheer me up, even when it's been a shitty day at school. Anyway back to the story.

'Come on Ellie!' Ollie called from the front door. I had been able to calm down after a few minutes, so mum sent us off to school.

'I'm, coming, I just forgot my reading book.' Ellie called down from our room.

'I swear if we're late because of you-'

'Chill, I'm coming down,' I couldn't be happier to not have a younger sibling and instead be the younger sibling. 'Geez, we can go now.'

As we started our way to the bus stop, I could still hear Ollie and Ellie arguing about us being late to school.

'OK! Stop arguing we aren't going to be late for school. Now let's go, the bus is already here.' I shouted over my shoulder

'We're coming Ace.' Ellie bellowed back to me. As soon as we had gotten on the bus, I plugged in my earphones and fell asleep.

'Psst, what time is it?' I could hear Ollie whispering into my ear. I looked at him annoyingly and sighed deeply,

'It's 8 am!' I answered back before seeing Jessy take a seat in front of me. I leaned forward a little,

'Aren't you going to sit with Seth and the others, like you normally do?'

'N-no, not aftre yeaterday!' She stated still aggressively;y upset.

'Ask them.' I watched as she walked over to where Seth was sitting and sit down in the seat behind him. As soon as the bus began to start, I turned around to where Jackson was sitting.

'Hey, was what you said true?'

'Mhm.'

'Sooo.... umm... how do you know?'

'Lacey's younger sister told me.'

'Does Jade know?'

'I think so. Maybe not.' He shrugged his shoulders before, popping his earpods back in. I tapped him softly and it took him a few minutes to respond.

'What!' 

'How long does TARCA last?'

'What?!'

'Towns new disco ball thing.'

'Oh... Liam says it'll last for 4 weeks.'

'4 weeks?!'

'Yeah, what's wrong with that?'

'Isn't that a bit too long?'

'Time flies by when your having fun.' JJ answered before putting his earpod back in. 

The bus finally stopped at our school, me and Ollie stopped at the shops to get some drinks before setting off. We met up with Max and Lilac, at the school gates.
