That night, when I was going to sleep I saw a lady standing by my door with Rachel. On asking her name, she told that she was Destiny and she was Peace’s sister. This family had weird names, but, anyways, she looked really worried. She said, “There was one boy who was forced by the Taliban to become a terrorist. Peace was taking him here when an adult too accompanied them somehow. So now, there is an adult living among you teens.” Just an adult! No biggie, or so I thought.
The next day when I was on my bicycle, going to deliver lunch, I saw a mob. I came to see a bearded man, yes right, the one destiny told about. I got horrified when I saw Rachel trying to oppose him. The bearded man said, “Come with me you ungrateful brats. Your parents are so worried about you and you are happy? You teenagers are not only ungrateful but also disrespectful to adults.” Rachel said, “Only if adults knew how to respect teenagers we would also have known how to respect adults. We aren’t disrespectful to the ones who are not disrespectful to us.” The bearded man took out his gun! My heart started racing even faster when I saw Ethen behind Rachel. These two! Rachel didn’t look scared, instead she said, “What are you waiting for? Shoot! Shoot till my breathe ends, I don’t feel like living under someone’s shoe anymore. I am done obeying adults!” And to my shock the bearded man actually shot her! She was going to fall down, but Ethan caught her in his arms. He started shedding tears. The bearded man said, “You are teenagers, you are wise, you can save her if you come with me to the normal world, you know that you don’t have enough resources to save her.” Ethen didn’t listen, instead, he held her even closer “Pathetic Lovebirds!”, I sighed. I came forward, and yelled, “Guys, we have teen doctors too, I know we have less resources and less experience, but we can save her if you just stop being pathetic and head to the hospital.” Everyone looked at me like I was some kind of alien. I rolled my eyes. I mean, what wrong did I say? I was worried about Rachel.
