Read Two but One :: Beating Hearts

Saturday came and Bellalith rushed downstairs wearing casual clothes, her mother was waiting for her to go shopping together since she got promoted in her work and got extra cash in her pocket.

It's rare for office workers to get promoted but outstanding ones deserved it and Bella's mother was an enthusiastic one, she worked hard with extra hours and the manager decided to give her what she deserved.

When Bella was younger, she dreamed to be like her mother, someone who'd make a difference, even if she worked in customer service, some people pity those who work there as they're being belittled by their customer's calls or their rude messages.

But Bella never cared, she never gave them a second thought, just the idea she'll make her mother proud and a big smile will appear on her face is more than enough for her no matter what it is.

The two of them rode in the car and went to one of the shops that had sales, "Look, mama! They have 50% to 70% sales!" Her mother turned to the place she was pointing at and decided to check that store first before they move to the second one.

Funnily, they came out lifting a lot of bags, which the two didn't expect at all from one shop, "let's go and get something to eat before we keep going" her mother said walking back to the car to put the bags in their hands there.

They walked for a few minutes but on their way, Bella felt something strange in her heart.

A few shops away she saw a big person in front of her but her vision suddenly became blurry and she couldn't stop wobbling, but her heart that suddenly started beating hard woke her up and she was normal again, she looked around her after hearing the same name she mumbled in her dreams, "Andra"

"What?" Her mother asked her. Bella's eyes became wide realizing she was sitting in a restaurant and the food being served, "when did we get here? When did we order?" She whispered and her mother turned her head to her lost daughter wondering where her mind left.

She wasn't the only one though, a few streets away Odria threw the things on her desk to the ground, and everyone stayed away from her fearing not only the stuff on the ground will be there.

Odria was in a panic about what happened to her a few minutes ago, wondering who the owner of the face she couldn't see is for, and why she couldn't see it, but one word kept repeating inside her head and she even mumbled, "Lillith"
