Caller: 911?
Operator: Yes- hey you sound familiar.
Caller: Yeah it's me Austin, from the dragon house.
Operator: What's the emergency?
Caller: Our parents came home and a fai- right she doesn't like that. Uh, a lady of… enchantment? Enchanted them into parakeets.
Operator: Is this fai-
Caller: Don't!
Operator: -Lady. Still there?
Caller: Oh yeah, she's reading Jill a bedtime story and threatening to turn me into a pig if I interrupt. Jill seems calm though. I don't know if that's a good thing.
Caller 2: For certain it is a goodly matter. Have you buttons for brains?
Caller: Ma'am, I don't think calm is the normal reaction to parakeet parents.
Caller 2: Well I could change her to a mouse. Then t'would be quite usual, I should think.
Caller: Please don't.
Operator: Hey kid, can you put me on?
Caller: Sure. Uh, Lady, my friend wants to talk to you.
Caller 2: Of course. Good morning?
Operator: Hi, Miss?
Caller 2: I will thank you not to patronize me, I am far older than a mere miss!
Operator: Sorry! I'm sorry, you sound so young over the phone.
Caller 2: Why thank you. I will forgive your ignorance then.
Operator: So I was wondering, could you turn the boy's parents back to people?
Caller 2: Absolutely not. They were frightfully rude to me earlier.
Operator: But see, Austin and Jill are children-
Caller 2: Nonsense! This youth is plenty old enough to care for himself and his sister.
Operator: I see. Well in that case, would you consider eventually restoring his parents? Surely whatever they did doesn't merit eternal punishment.
Caller 2: Of course they shall be restored. Upon the hour of their deaths.
Operator: Any chance of earlier than that?
Caller 2: I suppose… you, boy! Do you care for games?
Caller: Sure?
Caller 2: Excellent. I have a challenge for you, and should you pass, your kin shall be restored. Should you fail… let's bid your dear friend goodbye first, shall we?
Caller: Goodbye Miss, thanks.
Operator: But-
